We went to Napolis restaurant for Mother's Day. There were 5 tables occupied when we arrived. One of the waitresses hollered "sit anywhere you want" as she disappeared into the kitchen. We sat at a table and the waitress came by to give us menus and get our drink order. She returned a few minutes later with our drinks, then went on to take an order from the table near us. We waited, and waited, and waited approximately 15 minutes while the two waitresses ran frantically around the restaurant. One of the waitresses finally came to bring something to the table right behind us and asked if we had been helped. We said no and she replied "I'll just take your order." We ordered some dipping sauce for the bread, and our meals. She ask about salads and what dressing we wanted. Then we waited, and waited, and you get the point. The bread was long gone before we saw her return with my wife's meal. Still no dipping sauce (which would have been pointless anyway since the bread was gone). She returned a few minutes later with my meal, still no salad. We ate while watching the waitresses both fussing over an apparent long time customer. The chicken Parmigiano was not bad, but about half the size I expected. The fettuccine Alfredo was portioned well, but the Alfredo sauce was dull tasting as if there was no parmisian or cream cheese in it. It kinda tasted like butter. As we were getting up from the table the waitress who we had not interacted with since she brought the water swung by and said " how was it? It was good huh? " we both replied with no, ìt was not! She shrugged and went on clearing dishes. We went to the register just as the waitress left to go to the kitchen. She finally came back and asked us if we had 2 chicken fettuccine meals. We told her what we had and that we had not gotten the dipping sauce or even the salads(which are part of the meal). My wife also told her that the Alfredo sauce was not right. She replied " ok, sorry. Thats $29.34 does that sound right?" I said yes, paid and we left but there was absolutely nothing right about that experience. I will never visit that "restaurant" again. Judging from the chaos and inexperienced help, I don't expect Napolis to be open too much longer. It is a shame because I have eaten there several times in the past and the food was always decent and the service usually kinda poor, but nothing like today's experience. Probably the worst service, or lack thereof, I have ever...

I traveled to Ardmore to meet family for an early dinner. Locals support restaurant but atmosphere is non-existent- very basic and feels old. Servers were very friendly but not totally aware of what was going on at our table. The waiter forgot to bring out any of our salads! Upon paying the bill, I mentioned it to the cashier/owner and he just laughed. He didn’t offer any discount for the no show salads. Menu/Food is OK but nothing special, traditional Italian. Pizza was thin crust, too little sauce, too much cheese. But it was decent. Chicken was over cooked. Clam sauce was from a can. Veal was a ground patty. Spaghetti sauce was watery. Spaghetti was overcooked. I ordered cheesecake for dessert, but they didn’t have any. Big issue - bathroom was a mess. No toilet paper. No paper towels. No soap to wash hands. I mentioned this to the cashier/owner he didn’t seem concerned but said he would have someone take care of it right away. I came back into the restaurant a few minutes later - after saying goodbyes in the parking lot - to go to the bathroom before getting on the road. The bathroom issues hadn’t been addressed. There are better, cleaner places to eat in...

RAVE on Napoli’s, we went there last night on 3/27/22 on a date and they were super busy with only 2 server on the floor. Nearly an entire dining room FULL of people, but only 2 server. They still made sure we were checked on, they made sure we were happy, and they got us our food super fast and efficiently!!! I will def be going back. Such a wonderful first time experience. And the food was DELICIOUS as well. Didn’t even take a pic of it all I could do was eat. It’s gonna be a new regular for us for sure!!!!!💖 I was shocked at how excellent the service was for how many people were dining in and only having 2 servers. Both women were amazing. I hope the owner knows how lucky he is to have such amazing employees. They did amazing last night. I haven’t had this great of a dining experience in a long time. Highly...

I was driving through Ardmore on my way to Oklahoma City. I’m from Texas so I wanted anything but Mexican food and saw Napoli‘s Italian restaurant on the way. It’s what they call a hole in the wall. The exterior and interior are not all that impressive, but the food was pretty good. I got the lunch special and it came with a super salad. I chose the sampler with ravioli, cannoli and lasagna. This lasagna was very tasty and had a significant amount of meat in it. The cannoli was devilishly cheesy, and the ravioli had the perfect amount of spinach. The salad could have had just a little bit less dressing on it, but I did eat all of it so it is not that big of a deal. Overall, I only wish I had also ordered the calamari because that looked so goodbut it was just me and I would have eaten all of it. Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped in here to eat while going Ardmore and based on reviews decided to try. Pulled in thought was closed, no one here and was only us the entire time we arrived at 2:50 before the lunch prices expired at 3pm, it seemed the waitress didn't want us to order from the lunch menu and had to ask the owner which you clearly hear them talking about the time. With prevail we was allowed to order from lunch menu which comes with salads and rolls (plain roll), we had house dressing which is a red robust vinaigrette, dressing was good but small salad, we both had lasagna it okay but tasty like the frozen Sara Lee lasagna you buy at your food store plus it seemed thrown together in the dish. The waitress didn't check on us at all. Doubt we would return
