Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Arizona

We just went there tonight got 3 blizzards 1 ny cheese cake with extra strawberries 1 lg ny cheesecake with extra gram cracker and 1 lg ny cheesecake with extra gram extra strawberries and extra cheese cake. All 3 had the exact same consistency so thy didn’t add any of the extra to any of them even thought we paid for it. They’ve done this every time we have gone in there. So we waited about 4 months and tried it again. Same results. I’ve never called the many times before it’s happened but I did tonight. In order to get a refund I have to bring in the receipt I like 20+ minuted away. They just made them they know they forgot to add the items and on my dime I have to go get a refund. When they could credit my card. Save your time and money there’s a new Dairy Queen a little further on hunt highway they always make them correctly. But this place do better, be better stop ripping people off and waisting their time to correct...

Was disappointed with my visit today there motto is served upside down or it’s free and many times I have Been served that way from the queen creek location .. until today!! The girl Meghan then handed me my 2 blizzards with a Coke lid and the ice cream was coming out the top and sides so I had to wipe it with napkins then asked if I can Get the dome lid. she then served me for the second time and then again never did she serve it to me upside down when I questioned Her about it she said it’s hard to do that with a lid on 🤔hmm why not? I’ve gotten served like that many times and not to mention my blizzard had little to no strawberries or cheesecake bites only strawberries were the two at the top and the only 5 or so cheese cake bites were at the very bottom $5.00 for a blizzard I expect more then what I got and the cone I ordered with this...

We went to this location last night. We expected a wait, since the lines were long. After we pulled up in front of the restaurant (we were told to do so) waiting about 10 minutes, I decided to go inside with my receipt. As I walked in, I noticed about 5 employees running around. The manager was extremely rude to the employees who looked very young and flustered. She was yelling at them and made them feel low. I am a manager myself. I would never talk to my employees that way in front of customers. I almost wanted to tell them forget the chili hot I ordered. After all of that chaos, the chili hot dog was cold. I understand things happen and can get stressful with a handful of customers but never show that your frustrated in front...
