This is my second trip to Bosa, and this is the only location that I've been to. Both times the food was good, but both times I was charged wrong. I didn't realize that I was charged wrong before until I started looking today. Anyways, today I stood in line and got 4 breakfast sandwiches. The math doesn't add up for the taxes, unless it's a 25% tax rate....... And then I stood back in line because I grabbed two bottled OJ. When it came time for that, she just grabbed my card and swiped even after I said loud and clear that I'm just getting the OJ because I already paid for my food. It turns out I was also being charged for another person's food. I figured that out when I went to walk away with my OJ so I could continue to wait for my sandwiches, and they were calling for me that I forgot my donuts at the register (I didn't get donuts) . She proceeded to give the difference back to me in cash, but was $5 less than what I was owed.
I didn't hear her repeat orders and say the amount due, so that poses a problem when it's a zoo in there in the morning. It's not entirely their fault because it was really busy, but they need to come up with a better system. They had people paying out of turn etc and I'm sure that's what led to them not knowing who to charge and for what. And since they don't give receipts (they rush you through so fast like cattle, so you don't even get a chance to ask for a receipt) I'm just stuck having to dispute all the extra paid (which from my math ended up being almost double of what my order was supposed to be) through my card company. I would just go back in there and try to resolve it, but I could barely understand them when I'm ordering, so I doubt it'll be an easy conversation when it comes to this problem, especially since they gave me the wrong...
Read moreWent in to the new location on Gantzel in Queen Creek. I was the only one in there with the exception of a customer walking out the door after paying for his donuts. The staff was extremely, extremely rude and condescending. I had never been in before and was looking over the case to see what I wanted to buy. She yelled at me “what you want, what you want “. I asked her what a particular donut was, because I had never seen it before, and she was not only hard to understand under the heavy mask but very rude in the process. She then demanded “how many donut you want” in a very nasty tone. As native of Arizona I remember Bosa donuts when they first started. This chain has obviously sold and either franchising out or has a very very poor executive direction. Needless to say, I will not ever be going back in any Bosa donuts again and, in the process, let everyone know exactly why. With Frys, Safeway and Dunkin’ Donuts down the street they really need to get their...
Read moreI love Bosa. They're delicious and baked fresh everyday. I would give this location 5 starts of was for the feeling of being teased while they were taking my order. So I had went in to get some breakfast for my family. My hair wasn't brushed since it was early and I wasn't going anywhere for awhile. I had my hair up and I have some fly aways that stick out really bad, but I don't usually pay mind to them because I know everyone gets them. But while a girl was taking my order, another women started talking to her in their language and gesturing her hand where my fly away was and looking at me and laughing. I may be making an assumption, but that is exactly what it seemed like they were doing. Another girl had walked past and looked at them kinda of angry, which made me think I was possibly right about what they were saying. This is the only location near me. I will go for thefood, but I'm not proud of...
