Iāve completely given up on this location. Not only did the area manager not send me the so-called coupons Iād be receiving in the mail. Itās been months since Iāve gone there, the area Director advised me to visit a different location, but this location is two minutes from my house so Iām not gonna drive an additional 10 minutes to another location out of my way just because they have terrible service. I took a visit last night and ordered at least $50 worth of food. They were out of specific ingredients so basically half the menu was unavailable. Totally understandable not the workers fault at all. However they asked me to park into the front of the store, again totally fine. They forgot three items of my order and did not include the sauces that I had asked for. If youāre going to take an additional eight minutes to park my car and make sure my order is correct, then make sure my order is correct.

God help the people working here. I worked in fast food for 2 years and I never once thought it could get this bad. The employees were completely careless and inattentive. I couldn't believe the way I was addressed and spoken to by the two members working on April 24, at 8:30 pm. They got my order wrong, of course, no big deal. When I went in to get my correct order the employee was clearly under the influence of marijuana. I smoke weed, not a crime in the state of Arizona. However, you work at a place of business. It doesnāt matter if you you make minimum wage or $1000 a day thereās absolutely no excuse to confront a customer in not only a rude manner but an unprofessional manner. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times and even then he forgot the other half of the order. He was talking to a coworker who was clearly new about the morning shift being ādicksā WHO SAYS THAT?!?!? In front of a customer . Like seriously. Management, you got to do better at hiring efficient workers. Employees, donāt apply for the job if you canāt even provide basic customer services, or human decency.
EDIT: I paid over $45 on my order. My family had to wait in the car for 15 mins when they were attempting to correct my order , after already being in line for 15 + mins. This is not okay. I tried to call and get my concernās addressed but of course the number isnāt in service. Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo start off, I was originally going to order breakfast, but was told that they make the entire menu all day long, so decided to see what the service on a lunch item would be, so review is on a lunch item at breakfast hours.
The staff are a very split 50/50 in terms of customer service. You have your bright eyed workers happy to be there and relatively attentive, and then you have the rest of the staff talking to each other in Spanish while there are guests in line or needing assistance.
Cleanliness of the building is pretty on par with what a standard fast food location will be. The night crew do a once over, and someone from morning crew does a quick wipe down of most things. Small oily residues here and there, bathrooms just in need of small checks, the usual that you'd find at most establishments.
Food. For getting a lunch order during a breakfast 'time', they were fairly quick to get the ingredients needed for the Ultimate Cheeseburger meal with a Straight cut set of fries, made with no changes to the order. I even decided to see what Jack in the Box went with the current craze of Boba Tea, having gotten a milk tea variant.
The burger is a little dry, the cheese slices are a little crusty on the corners, and there was more ketchup and mayonnaise on the burger that I tasted that more than the unseasoned meat itself. The fries were standard fare, nothing positive or negative about them, just oil flashed potato with a small amount of salt. The Boba drink was pure sugar. The brown sugar was all I could taste, I don't actually know if there was milk or tea in it. The tapioca pearls are partly cooked, so some were soft, and some needed to be chewed like gum. The straw was too small for all of them though, being a normal soda straw.
For a lunch order during breakfast service, I can't complain about the speed of service in which my meal was brought to me, but it all did feel rushed, and more so rushed to where the quality...
