BARELY 4 stars meaning it was ALMOST 5 stars, but there was a missing item that we paid for.

Did not go in, used the drive-thru. But the parking lot, building trim, landscaping, etc. were really nice and clean.

Negatives - They forgot the added sour cream.

Positives - EVERYTHING else. The food was outstanding, it was ready on time, and the guy at the window was very professional and friendly. We will return!!

We got a Shredded Chicken Quesadilla, 2 3x chicken taquitos, Desert Chimis, Tres Tacos (Chicken, Carne Asada, and Fish), and a free Churro via website special (text). The food was outstanding and very fresh!! The taquitos were perfect! Not greasy at all, crispy, heavy like I like them. The guacamole was awesome also, and the red hot sauce was perfect! Not too hot, very flavorful. The prices are very reasonable also! And convenient. I ordered it online and paid for it, and when I got there it was ready about 20 minutes later. I LOVE this place! ADDITIONAL: We ordered a Egg, Cheese Burrito Solo with added bacon from the kids menu for our little Chuweenie "Lola". She scarfed about half of it and seemed happy. I helped her finish it so I could get a preview of the breakfast offerings. It was VERY good. A little light on the cheese but very sizable for a kid's menu item. Lola says...

Sat at the drive through line 20 mins at the menu board. Not one time did anyone come over the microphone to take the order. We waited for over 10 mins. Then we kept asking/talking like in case it was broke and then we drove to the window. They wouldn’t come to the window. They all ignored us inside. They acted like we were there as we sat for another 10 mins….it was clear they obviously didn’t want to take our order. We pull through a little bit and stopped to see what they would do since we noticed that they started talking into their head set and took the orders behind us. As we pulled away and stopped they opened up the DT window to the next car like nothing had happened. Hans down the worst customer experience I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I’ve never seen anything like it. Whoever manages this place should be ashamed of themselves for what they did. We also looked back into the kitchen and noticed burritos everywhere as they had the young lady on the fryer dumping multiple burritos at a time on the counter with no plates etc and there’s was food waste all over, rags next to these burritos she had fried. Numerous issues with THIS location. I Have started with emailing the store manager., but apparently that doesn’t work on improving employee customer service. Figured things would get worked out and gave a couple months between visits. Still the same horrible attitudes at the front from the employees. And unfortunately still the same quality of food or lack there of.

Hard to believe they could mess up taco orders, but they do. When we’ve tried to get it fixed they forgot to bring a new one out.

Have been told we’d get refund for the error, but they charged me for another taco instead of a refund… didn’t realize that until 2 days later when it hit the bank acct.

Ordered 11 tacos, pint of rice and pint of beans tonight. There’s an option online order for “would you like complimentary salsa” we checked that box because who doesn’t eat tacos without salsa. There wasn’t salsa in the bag so we went back in to ask for salsa and was told they don’t give salsa on to go orders. we’d have to pay for salsa…

This store is horrible. Only one we’ve ever had any issues with.
