Cinnaholic — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Recently moved to the area and my husband is addicted to cinnamon rolls - but not just any cinnamon rolls anymore - he is a self classified “Cinnaholic”!! We have had multiple trips to the location on Combs/Gantzel. Two visits stick out over others. One visit about a month ago, I stopped in with my 5 and 3 year old to get some rolls for dessert for Father’s Day. The owner and one other employee were working. The owner came out with three ice cream samples for me and the kids because the rolls were going to take 2 more minutes - excellent customer service - my kids were behaving but the little sample of ice cream made their night and they still talk about it to this day! About a week ago, my husband and I went in to get him and my stepson rolls, the owner was the only one working and he had a great conversation with my husband, very personable, great customer service, and we learned his name is Matt. Yesterday we ran into Matt at the grocery store and even though he wasn’t at the shop, he was still very nice, had a quick conversation and the girls thanked him again for those ice cream samples! The customer service is incredible and the rolls are spectacular!! Totally worth the drive...

I have never had such a good experience with a place before. Was greeted when I walked in and thanked and goodbyed when I walked out. This place makes you feel welcomed and makes you feel like they really care about you. From talking to you about what their favorites are to explaining everything and every question no matter how small. Seeing the owners work with the rest of the employees and greeting everyone, shows how much they care about their craft and it makes me feel reassured that every visit will be spectacular. The cinnamon rolls were so delicious and fresh, I have never had such a good cinnamon roll before, these are easily the best ones I’ve had by far. They have so many options that can cater to everyone and will keep you coming back for more, to try every combination. San Tan definitely needed a place like this. I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Cinnaholic Queen Creek, specifically with the owners, Matthew and Telor. ​I was so excited to order a custom cake for my husband's birthday and was in communication with them for nearly two months to finalize the details. Despite my consistent effort and the long lead time, they never followed through on the order. ​What was most shocking and upsetting was the way I was treated. After months of communication, I was left feeling like a horrible customer and felt completely disrespected. The lack of professionalism and the poor treatment from the owners was truly unbelievable, especially when dealing with such a special occasion. ​I cannot recommend this location based on the complete lack of customer service and respect shown to a paying customer.
