I am constantly reminded that there is just no good reason to patronize this establishment. Aside from the manager Russ, the people who work there are apathetic beyond belief and in many cases just downright rude. Today I ordered the Nova Lox, I saw the female employee squishing the two half’s of the bagel together like a sandwich when I asked her “do you not serve this open face like you used to?” She offers to open face the order, then barks at me “NEXT TIME make sure you order it open face!”
I have completely had it with these KIDS that work there! They’re rude, repugnant and completely incapable of demonstrating the slightest amount of common courtesy! The number of mistakes they’ve made to my orders this past year I could see past., but this overt display of disrespect and overt rudeness has gone way too far!
I am no longer going to patronize this dump and am going to share my experiences with any and all who’ll listen!
Additionally, I find it amusing that the “Owner” responds after all the negative experiences I and others have had there and suggests that I go online and fill out some sort of online form for him and explain in more detail just how ridiculous it is to waste my time and money at his business. Oh, and then after he employs some sort of disciplinary “window dressing” that I should expend more time and effort to “update my review!” If you’re going to “run a business” then you have to at some point take ownership in the results of your actions. Your actions in this case are clearly the result of zero leadership and a thinly disguised contempt for your customers. Now you want me! The customer! To do the leg work for you!!!!! That tells me everything I need to know about why this Einstein’s location is such a horribly run business. So no! I won’t be doing the work for you! I won’t be returning because at some point business owners just have to take responsibility for their lack of leadership. The lack of accountability on your part, whether you want to accept it or not is a decision you made., and some decisions have consequences., in this case you’ve lost a loyal customer...
Read moreI went to this establishment this morning to pick up a couple of bagels, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon entering, I noticed the staff was busy with a large order, so I waited patiently, understanding they were occupied. There were others waiting as well, and I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me.
I was directly in front of an employee packing the large order, clearly visible, yet when someone walked in after me, the employee immediately greeted them and asked what they’d like. I spoke up, explaining that I had been waiting before the other customer, but the employee ignored me and continued helping them. I had to repeat myself again before the employee finally responded with, “What do you want?” The tone and attitude were rude and dismissive.
To make matters worse, the manager was present and seemed completely indifferent to the poor service being provided. After deciding to leave because of the employee’s attitude, they sarcastically said, “I hope you have a nice day.” It was condescending and unnecessary, adding insult to injury.
If I could leave no stars I would because this establishment isn't even worth the 1 star I'm required to give to leave...
Read moreMy wife came in on Tuesday 2/04/25 to surprise me with breakfast. When I received my pizza bagel , after initially taking a bite into it the bagel was raw and doughy. I immediately called in and spoke to a female manager on duty that day who said she would replace my order and apologized for the inconvenience. She was very helpful and apologetic. However today 2/8/24 when getting back to the store to ask for my order to be remade - the man taking orders was very rude. After told he’s being difficult for something that was out of my control, he proceeds to rush me and just say what do I want. I asked for the manager (who is a man in a burgundy shirt) and told him I’d like to complain about the customer service I received - he just turned around and said “ok”.
