Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Arizona

On a trip during the holidays with my father, first ordered pickup here, and got 2 onion burgers, a fry, onion rings and a oreo peppermint milkshake. Onion burgers were decent, but the sauce was delicious. Fries were your usual shoestring fries. Onion rings were juicy. Peppermint milkshake was decent, and the first time we ordered they gave us a regular size instead of a mini, which I mean hey free food lmao.

Second visit was dine-in and food came out for a relatively fast speed for the quality, this time they forgot to add cheese to the cheese fries I had ordered, but we got that resolved quickly with their friendly staff. Towards the end of the meal they came over asking if we wanted free ice-cream cookies because a batch they had didn't come out as expected, which as far as I saw was just a bit lopsided, so free cookies, and judging by the strictness of their batches giving away cookies that were slightly deformed, they have a REALLY high quality standard. Looking at the reviews something happened 8 months ago with management and the place went from unfriendly staff and cold food place to some of the friendliest people and...

Would like for a manager or someone higher above the manager Kati that is working evening shift to contact me about the rudeness of her yelling at my husband due to his burger being sooo freaking salty and he asked for it to be remade and she literally flipped out in my husband and yelling and thrown her hands up in air and telling him to leave and I'll get you a refund which he just wanted another burger that is not good customer service and yelling while other customers in store he ask for her to get a manager and she told him she is in charge and he had to deal with her soo rude and nasty pacing back and forth very unprofessional so I would like for someone to let me know who I can talk to about this I have a video but don't want to post it and put her shameful face on here it's 8/6/25 time is 6:52 pm Thanks much Update: Thanks for responding I already submitted via email on the website provided and I look forward to talking with someone soon about this very rude encounter we had there tonight.....

Not up to the Freddy’s standard but still a good stop. Messy tables,the tea was out, messy drink area. Orders took a bit to come out. Food was a bit greasier than normal. The part that was kind of off putting was the girl at the counter- she talked in whisper but half that nothing came out. I read her lips or just nodded, I have good hearing or atleast average- my husband works around machinery and does not, I had to help him out. The place wasn’t loud in any means- no loud chattering,the workers weren’t loud, music wasn’t blasting. Don’t have someone at the counter that can’t perform the job. She also just wasn’t friendly in anyway.l to include body language. There was nothing that pointed to her being deaf or anything wrong- I could accommodate with ASL and I didn’t want to assume. 330pm on Sunday...
