My family and I stopped by last Saturday afternoon 4/26 at around 3~4 pm to get some dinner. We’ve gotten food from here many times before and the food has always been great.
We get the usual rice, noodles, orange chicken and bbq pork. My son is the only one that eats the pork and has never had any complaints. The rest of us ate our food as soon as we got home and he ate his after coming home from work around 11pm. We were awoken very early in the morning like 3am and he was throwing up nonstop.
It turns out my wife snuck a couple of bites of the pork that night and she got sick as well. I can confidently say they got food poisoning from the pork because the rest of us that didn’t try it didn’t get sick at all.
The restaurant is closed on Sundays so the earliest day I could go and inform the staff of the incident was Monday afternoon. I go and tell the lady who usually is there and she grabs a plate and starts asking me what food I want, I say no thank you. She then asks me for the container or the receipt and if I don’t have that then they can’t give me a refund. She then goes to call an older guy from the back and I repeat to him what happened.
He told me the same thing about the receipt/ container and he couldn’t give me a refund without those things, how people have tried to get free food from them in the past that way. They couldn’t care less that my wife and son got food poisoning from their food, just worried that I was looking to get a free meal. Very frustrating that that was their main focus, keep in mind they didn’t even bother saying sorry or anything.

I called on three different occasions because I wanted to cater some food for an event and cannot communicate with anyone on the phone. I tried to get pricing and I tried to get serving sizes, but we could not seem to understand each other. Finally, I tried one last time and I asked if I could place an order online to which the lady began to fuss at me and all she said was, “no, no, no” and hung up the phone. When I called back they wouldn’t answer the phone anymore.

Some family put there cart by this business and she was like move it u can't put it there but they were literally about to put there kid in the seat like what? And then the father was like oh I'm using it and she rolled her eyes and said something in a different language like how rude bro and then she turned to me and was like what do u want.
