Tasty Asian Kitchen located at 5115 N Dysart RD, Litchfield Park Arizona is under new management and the food quality has gone down hill. I ordered a to-go-order of Thai Fried rice and Salt and Pepper chicken wings on 04/21/2017. The rice was sour; spoiled rotten and the chicken taste and looked like wood. The sad news is the customer service is lacking too. I ask for a refund since the food was spoiled rotten, but they refused to give me a refund. Stating that know one else has complained about the food. After speaking with Paul the new owner over the phone he offered me another meal but when I told him I've been a customer for 10 years and I always order the Thai Fried Rice and your waitress told me you do not cook Thai Fried Rice anymore and that is probably why it did not taste the same. I asked him for a refund again and he flat out refused to refund me my $19.00. I will never go back again! Please, smell the food before you eat it...Spoiled...
Read moreAsian food is one of my favorites. I visited this location for the first time recently. My husband and I were looking for authentic Asian food. This place was found near where we live. I was so excited to find something close by and was ready to try many different food they offered. We spent close to $80 worth of food for my husband and I and ordered it for take out. I asked the lady at the front if we could have chili oil for our food and she handed us 1 half of an ounce cup with chili oil. I asked if I could get 2 more and she handed me one more half ounce cup and said she had already gave me one. I was annoyed and did not appreciate the customer service in Tasty Asian’s kitchen end. I enjoy my food very spicy and if I wanted one more cup of chili oil after spending $80 worth of food why is it so much trouble to hand me one more cup. The customer service is poor and Tasty Asian kitchen needs to stop being so greedy with their condiments! Terrible...
Read moreWe had a craving today and went on an adventure to find something new. Chinese food is so hit or miss in the areas nearby. When we walked in to Tasty Asian Kitchen it was pretty empty, but slowly filled with families and quite a few to go orders. Our server was wonderful and greeted us right away. So people complained of service here in other reviews, but we had no problem our entire time here. The menu has so many great options and it was hard to choose. We settled on a pu pu platter and the happy family which we would share. The only thing I didn’t care for was the fried wonton out of the pu pu platter. The happy family portion was huge and more than enough for two. Rice portion was a bit small but we made it work. They only offer bottled soda here, some alcohol options as well as so teas. Prices were fair for size. Parking was a breeze. With easy ins and pits to the street and parking plenty of...
