Tailgaters & IL primo Litchfield — Restaurant in Arizona

This was by far the most racist experience of my life. An old white drunk kept trying to get my attention and the more I ignored him, the more belligerent he became. At that time I was the only black person in sight. When he became entirely too racist to ignore, I asked for my to go box. By then the guy makes me so uncomfortable that I tell him I’ll call the police if he doesn’t stop harassing me and no one did anything, but get him an Uber eventually after I was already scarred. A customer walks over to me and asked if I were okay and I’m holding back tears because I really want to fight but I’m better than that but I refused to pay for my food when I couldn’t even finish it. I lost my appetite. Those women did nothing to make me feel better and took up for him instead. They told me he’s drunk, he has Alzheimer’s and other things that still didn’t make that okay. I was even told that he mentioned he was being nice to me. I don’t care! I did not want to be hit on by an old disgusting drunk and she acted as if I should’ve let him because he was trying to be nice. The nerve of her. I was never apologized to. Instead my waitress’ coworkers were asking was she okay as if she was the one he was so rude and racist to. I told them I wasn’t paying for it because it’s ridiculous how long they let him harass me. I had to threaten to call the police for them to do something and it was just to protect him. I called the police and even though he apologized that wasn’t enough. I was actually banned from returning, but there was no need because I would never eat there again and I’ll make certain others don’t as well. I even had a customer say he’d pay for my meal because he felt bad and another rude white lady came outside and told me it was mine so I had to pay. The policeman told me there are much better places to eat than there anyway. I should’ve looked at what people had already written about them here because apparently they’ve been terrible for a while now. I feel most terrible for their kids and grandkids because I know they’re teaching them racism, as well. I didn’t end up paying but I also couldn’t come back and I was told they wouldn’t press charges. Yay me 🙄🙄 The police didn’t believe a word they said and that made me feel a little better. And yes he was a white man. All white people are not racist, but everyone who worked tonight...

My food hasn't even come home yet and I already had the worst experience. I tried to order online but it never worked, so I called. The woman that took my order was in training which is why this is 2 stars and not one. But if you are busy, you should have someone competent on the phone. I had to repeat my name and phone number multiple times. I had to repeat my order a bunch of times because she was not understanding. I ordered a Supreme pizza and wanted most the toppings off half, she charged me for each individual topping and not for supreme. I wasn't adding anything, I was taking away, I shouldn't have to pay more for that. I've worked on the pizza industry for years and my dad has worked there for most of his life. I've never been charged like that and anywhere we worked, we never charged like that. My spouse went to pick the order up and half our food wasn't there. They claimed they searched for him in the lot for one missing item, but he was out there the entire and no one came out. Now he's waiting for the rest of the order to be made and brought out. Also I was charged almost $15 more than their online ordering service. Which is outlandish to me. She said the prices were updated but that doesn't make sense when I wasn't looking at old menus, I was looking at the ordering service they provide.

This is our first time here and likely the last time as well. I understand being new and needing training but this was by far our worst experience with any new person. I have a lot of patience for those learning but after 2 minutes into my phone call with her I regretted my decision. It shouldn't take 20+ minutes to...

Amazing food. Atrocious service. Most of the girls that answer the phone are laughing and not paying attention to your order and you have to yell in the phone and repeat yourself. I visited the lake pleasant location every Thursday before I moved and loved the good atmosphere and service. Jasper was our go to. I moved to around the 101 and northern and have ordered delivery from this place at minimum 5 times. Every time has been a bad experience 3/5 I've had wing sauce ALL over the bag they bring them in until my wife had to start asking for sauce on the side. I complained once and and the manager comped me 10$ I appreciated it greatly we spend around 40-60 bucks every time we order. I didn't complain the next two times nor the other 2/5 times they forgot parts of my order. This time my wife asked specifically for 4 extra ranch cups we were charged and not only did we not get the four extra we got none at all with our wings. I had enough and decided to call for a manager and was asked by Ariel if I had any reason to speak to a manager..... Derek I believe was the manager I expressed my problems to he seemed to not care AT ALL said he would take the ranch cups off my bill.... seriously I'm not worried about the 2$ man I'm worried about your horrid service. I understand that people mess up, maybe even every time but show some care for your customers when your wrong instead of acting like I'm taking precious time out of your night. It sucks but this is the last time I will order from this location I have will choose another pizza company or go to another location....
