When we arrived there was not a car in the parking lot. There was no one inside either. We ordered a large pizza and wings with 2 drinks. It took several minutes to get our drinks and we had a few options for what we could drink because they were out of everything. Within 10 minutes others started arriving their orders were placed and it started getting busier. The table next to us, which had a party of 6 got their 2 large pizzas and wings right away. We waited another 10 minutes for our wings. The pizza took several more minutes to come out. The table next to us was getting fabulous service drink refills ect. We got nothing. Until just before we were ready to leave and then my husband was asked if he wanted a refill. Would we go back, based on the service no. It was terrible. I discovered the table next to us knew someone in the kitchen or worked there, that's why their order was pushed ahead. The food is good but after our first time experience and being treated in such a manner we won't return. Our drive from Clay Springs isn't worth it to us for that.

Why this place is not wildly more popular is well beyond me. It is the only wood fired oven baked pizza on the mountain. Honestly, we were going to take it home but had a few extra minutes and stayed to eat our half pepp half pineapple pie. When it arrived, which took a good chunk less than the 25 minutes they expected, it looked underwhelming...until I took a bite. It was crispy on the bottom but soft with excellent flavor all around and then the crust...damn good crust., like WOW good. Perfect amount of cheese, good sauce, and cooked to perfection. I asked about their oven because the crust always looks a tiny bit burnt in a wood fired oven...but I can't overstate how perfect that crust was. Our 2 year old ate his slice in stages...topping, cheese, then the rest. He NEVER eat it all so this is like a bonus miracle. Prices are reasonable. We also got a Chicken Parm we have not yet eaten but it is a huge serving. Overall, a very good pizza joint with a very east coast style 🍕. If they sold it by the slice I would visit a few times a week.

Loved this place. We are from the valley and kids wanted pizza but I was in sweats so it needed to be casual. This place was clean, server was super friendly and they took care of us. Our cheesy bread came out a little crunchy so before they even gave it to us they said a better, fresh batch was on its way and gave us both batches. Pizza tasted great and chicken parmesan sandwich was wonderful. Their salads were boring but the rest made up for it. Walked away feeding a family of 6 for $31.00. I'd say it was a win for us!!! Would definitely go back again if ever in the neighborhood. Oh and a plus....the big screen TV was on HGTV.....haha

My rating is based on two separate delivery dinners. Lasagna and the other Ravioli. If you've ever worked at or been in a facility like a restaurant you'll know they use heaters to keep food warm. When you use them for a 24hrs or more and do not tend to it, ie put in fresh and/or stir, it will acquire a burnt rock like chip of day old or more tomato paste and what not, which then needs to be replaced because it's deemed unsanitary and unhealthy by health and food inspectors, for good reason. I was given two dishes on two different days, both having this disgusting yuck in it. Which means not only was my food old but it had gone BAD. (Not good for consumption or for sale). Not only was the food bad one day but still bad another and a completely different dish and container. I just feel like they have no concerns on their food management nor do they take health risks seriously. They did offer to make good on a horrid 2x experience but I chose to go with my gut and just avoided that place altogether. I would never recommend those meals to anyone or even my dog. I can't recommend for/or against their pizza as I have not tried it nor am I interested in ever trying it. Hope this review is...
