Terrible experience they don't even deserve 1 star. I been here a few time in the past but today was the worst I go in the drive thru because its meant to be faster right? Well no.! I pull up and nobody said anything. Not even a "welcome to KFC" so I waited till someone answer I tell the girl I want a #8 and complete silence I didn't get a response back so I say hello and with an attitude she says to wait. 3 min later I say hello again and says sorry for the wait again I want a #8 and complete silence again.! say again hello did you hear me thinking somethings wrong with the intercom or whatever and no answer as I'm about to drive away she says ok anything else. Ok giving this girl a 2nd chance I also want a Pepsi and sweet corn on the side please and tells me the total I drive up to the window and nobody is there.! What's going on here? then a girl comes to the window laughing and tells me the total and doesn't give a receipt. Not even a min later she tells me to go park on the side that my order is not done yet and are waiting for the sweet corn I said ok. 4 cars go thru drive thru and go some guys walks in and goes. Literally 10 min waiting when I decided to go inside asking what's taking so long a young guy meets me half way and says here your order thanks and walks away I get in my truck and I don't have my drink! I'm frustrated by this time I was already late for work from my break so I decided not to go inside anymore as I'm driving out same guy comes out running with my drink so I stopped and told him this is ridiculous you should improve the drive thru issues. And I know it wasn't his fault but 35 min for drive thru that's insane it's meant to be faster. I have learn my lesson never go to green valley kfc ever again! I will be calling the manager later today. Btw I was late to...
ย ย ย Read moreI visited the store on 6/26/25 around 7pm. I really wanted the crispy skin. When I walked in, I heard a worker say something to the effect of "I can't leave early now", which I don't think patrons need to hear. I ordered 2 meals and waited close to 10 minutes in their dining room for my husband's chicken tenders. In the interim, I was advised that there was only one crispy chicken available for my order and the woman taking my order asked if I'd like the original recipe. What was the other alternative? To cancel the order? Yeah, in retrospect, I should have!
Someone in the drive thru had order a large number of chicken breasts and those were not available either. I heard one of the male workers state "Who would order that many chicken breasts?" Oh...I don't know...a family?!
There was food on the floor and 3-4 flies all around the dining area. I was the only patron inside and there was a worker (I assume on her break) also in the dining area. After I got my food, I realized neither meal had the biscuits that they were supposed to come with. My mac & cheese was cold. It was not good.
Between the worker's attitudes and the lack of food available, I won't be going back. I'll stick to my air fryer for...
ย ย ย Read moreI got food poisoning here that required me to go to the hospital overnight a couple months back. My symptoms were so bad I couldn't even drink water without vomiting it back up, so I had to be put on an IV to get hydrated. It was a horrible night where I got no sleep and terrible diarrhea for a week.
I tried reporting this to the manager in hopes that he would takes measures to prevent this from happening again, but the manager was very rude and did not want to accept any responsibility for cleanliness at this particular KFC, and the health inspector said that they were using dirty utensils and cross contaminating foods.
As someone who's studying culinary arts and has a Food Handler's certificate (ServSafe), I know for a fact that the proper way to go about someone calling the restaurant about food poisoning is to ask for their contact info, asked when they ordered food, what they ate, symptoms, etc. That way you can go back and try to pinpoint the source of possible contamination.
Not this manager, he refused to believe that anything was wrong with his restaurant. Go find a better and more sanitary place to eat chicken in...
