This is easy! Joanne must be a friend. I took 13 1/2 grams of 14k gold and a stone of 1.3 grams into the store and talked to Connie the owner. I had Connie the owner make a ring out of "my gold" (she charged $465.00 to make the ring), when she was done making the ring it had a few problems with it, it was not complete with the same amount of gold (per. strand). I had a "loop" ( jeweler magnifier glass) with me ( I've been in the business for years, this she didn't know) as I was looking at the ring that she had made with my gold and stone, (she was in back) she had came out and saw the loop and said "hey, not loop in here", she said. I've messed up on your ring, I said. yea I know. she went to hit the loop out of my hands and hit the ring in stead it fell on the table..... we laugh, no biggie, she had a smile on her face.. Now, before coming into the store, I had weight the stone and gold with an expensive (Jewelers Scale). She had told me at first she would need 10-15 grams of gold to make the ring, (most Men rings weigh about 15 grams or more). Here's my "beef" Even though the ring had flaws, the "total weight" of my ring was 5.9 grams! Do the math! I had told her I would pay to build the ring but I wanted my unused gold back. I produced and gave to Connie - 13 1/2 grams of 14k gold and 1.3 grams of stone that's 14.8 grams total and got 5.9 total weight back . I guess she thought she could just rip off anybody she wanted! Wrong cat! Legal actions will be taken against Green...
Read moreSty away! Brought my jewelry to her on a recommendation. She kept one ring and said she can't locate it. She was supposed to make a ring guard and place my grandmothers antique diamonds from her ring into it. She bought two diamonds wedding rings and soldered them together and not with my diamonds, the diamonds came with the ring she bought. I also had a very sentimental ring that belonged to my late father with my mothers original engagement ring, I think that diamond was also switched with a smaller stone and less quality. I will find out today when I take these items to another jeweler. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy! I will find out more today, but in my opinion this is stealing. Too bad I didn't look it over carefully in the store, I only realized this when I got home and my husband looked at the rings under a loupe. Her advertisement in the paper says ask your friends. Well my experience with her has been nightmare and I'm very said that I lost my grandmothers and my fathers diamonds by entrusting them to her. I'm trying to save some else the heartbreak. When I go to get them appraised I will also be going to the police to...
Read moreWorst wanna be rip off jewelry with the RUDEST employees I’ve ever met at any store anywhere!
They should close and have a business with a positive attitude and addition to the community
They buy jewelry from estate sales and sell it for outrageous prices. I had this verified by a jewelry appraisal company in Tucson - and have proof of this fact.
I reported them to the better Business Bureau for ripping people off -price gouging - selling cheap costume value only jewelry at high prices
The employees are rude, sarcastic, arrogant, disrespectful, and outright mean. They don’t know the definition of Customer Service .
They need to do some classes on true “Customer Service” they think -because they’re entitled - they can treat the community or people who have purchased items -who are NOT satisfied with those purchases- like thrown away trash, which is what their jewelry is!
And their “no refund or return only policy” does not apply.
They’re all a bunch of hateful people in a club of “rip off this community” with...
