Placed an order for two dinners. (1) Kung Pao Chicken Dinner and the other Lemon chicken Dinner. Told them that we would like to have the Pork fried rice with no peas or carrots. Which they charged an additional $3.75 for modifying that. When we got home 20 minutes later, my husbands meal was something completely different with a bunch of boiled chicken and squash, absolutely no flavor. The fried rice was fine except they forgot to put in the pork on both of our orders. So it was just rice and egg. No onion or pork. We contacted them and sent them photos. The cashier was super friendly and understanding but the cook insisted it was Kung Pao chicken but he forgot the peanuts, he did admit to forgetting the pork and onions in the fried rice. No....this was not even close to kung pao chicken. It was very bland and the bottom was literally filled with soy sauce. . We frequently place this exact same order and have never had a problem. After proving ourselves with photos they decided to give us a 25% credit on our next order. By the time we were on the phone with them and sending photos our food got very cold. By then we didn't even care about the 25% off the next meal. We didn't even want re-imbursement anyways, we just wanted them to be more aware. The cashier was just a super guy that almost made us to not want to leave a bad review. But I think other customers need to be aware. I know when you pick up your delivery it is already bagged and tied up, but it is important to open your meal and inspect it before you leave. I will let Panda House on Continental know to please remove our phone number from their data base. We will now try other establishments. Very sad because we frequently...
Read moreI stupidly ordered to try if anything has changed. And Yes this is the place on Continental!!!! The pork spareribs were spoiled & rotten. . The low mein noodles were TOTALLY mushy!!! So was the meat in the fried rice!!! Had to get treated for food poisoning at the ER!! ! Plus took over 1 1/2 hours to deliver & I tipped $10 !!!!!
Got food poisoning for the many times!!!! This is the 3rd & final time I will ever get broccoli & beef!!!!!! They didn’t care at all!!!!! Wontons we’re made with corn!!!
I do not have the wrong location. It depends on who is cooking and on which day. But I see the cashiers literally take money in the register than handle the food!!! I have time & time again gotten raw meat even in the fried rice! That’s why I never get shrimp in the rice because it’s ALWAYS raw and gross!! It’s only when a certain cook is at your location that the food is ok. The male owner doesn’t care how many days things sit. The food here goes from 5 stars to ZERO stars in a matter of a week! Hire & pay those that care about the food! I’ve lived here for 10 years and I’ve had it with the absolute lack of quality! When it’s good keep the cook!!!!! When it’s bad you could...
Read moreHave ordered delivery dozens of times. Ordered 1 1/2 hrs ahead of delivery time. Delivery time came and went. No food. Waited another 20 minutes and called. No apology. Just said driver had left with order. Driver shows up. No apologies. Just hands the food. Then, the worst was the Hot and Sour Soup. We've Ordered it dozens of times. Either their supplier changed; chef changed or recipe changed. Really deep yellow...Turmeric overkill? Taste totally bland. Only redeeming quality was a nice heat at the end. Also thickness overkill. Couldn't eat it. Yellow won't come off our white bowl. Guess that's the end of ordering from here.
UPDATE We decided to try one more time. MISTAKE!!! After our order was 30 minutes late I called. Was told the order was 'almost there'. Well, we aren't 2 miles away. 7 minutes tops. 14 minutes later our order arrived. Yup, almost there. Our Fried Potstickers were COLD. I mean 80 degrees when we checked them. Of course, microwave made them soggy. Between the lies and this time, cold food. Yes, we are DONE. We tried. Over and over to give a local business our...
