Such a professional company with highly trained employees. Evelyn is the Branch Manager and she took care of me today. So articulate in looking at every piece of jewelry/coins I had with me. Based on the time she took I felt like I was getting the best deal for my old jewelry and gold coins. She explained everything she was doing and I felt like she really loves what she does. I would highly recommend visiting PMR if you are wanting to rid yourself of some old jewelry that is worth probably more than you think!!

Update: I visited PMR again yesterday and here are my thoughts: I was met at the door by a very friendly Asst Mgr, Kim. Such a nice lady with an abundance of knowledge! I had a ton of "little things" that took a while to go through but she didn't mind at all. There was a bracelet that I had that was questionable what the metal was so she suggested I keep it rather than getting low dollars for it. I appreciated her honesty and candor. I went in to sell the remaining part (1/2) of my now Ex-fiancés engagement ring. She lost the nice part. No hard feelings. Anyway, I didn’t want to go to a pawn shop and get $8. And although I knew it wasn’t worth much, I still wanted a fair value.

I ended up sitting with Kim and telling her and the other gal my whole story about the ring and its history before my failed engagement. The ladies were just so kind and it felt more like a trusting conversation amongst friends, rather than a business exchange.

I would definitely recommend PMR if you want a fair value for your goods, determined by knowledgeable, friendly and courteous professionals, as well as if you don’t want to feel like you’re being pressured or ripped off.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Precious Metals Refinery. I came in hoping to recreate my mom’s wedding ring, and the team went above and beyond researching what would be needed to make that happen. In the end, it turned out that recreating the ring wasn’t the best option, and I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were in explaining why it wouldn’t be recommended.

Everyone I interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They offered to resize the original ring instead, and even when that turned out to be more than we initially expected, there was no pressure at all. I decided not to move forward and just picked up the ring—no charge for any of the time or effort they spent helping me.
