I don't get how a mobile order isn't ready after 16 minutes. They should be made when placed.
Ordered a McDouble plain. Received 2 patties, bun, no chz. Returned and received a burger bun with sesame on it!! Today ordered two cones and a diet Dr. Pepper. They are out of cones, so they gave me a cup and spoon. Doesn't work well while driving. Then my Diet is not a diet. Why does this place suck so hard?!
1/6/23 Went to the outside lane to place my order, the person to the left of me finished, they told me to wait. Another car pulls up to the left of me and is able to place in order while I am still waiting. All kinds of wrong I'll spend my money at a different McDonald's.
I generally have "ok" experiences here. Today is hot and I came in for a soda only. Extra ice. At first the idiot at the window tried to hand me a bag of food. I was given large soda filled 2 inches below the top of the cup..... with about 8 ice cubes. I asked and she said ma'am that is extra ice. A regular person with common sense and a sliver of customer service skills, would say "let me add more ice it." Instead I had to turn off my car and go inside at 115F and added ice. Read moreI went to the drive thru for a delivery order. After waiting several minutes I arrived at the window. The cashier immediately asked me if I was there for a different named order and if I was there for doordash. I said no. I was there for Uber eats. She said "what". I told her again the order was for a different named customer. She asked "what happened". This is when I became tired of the poor attention span and raised my voice to repeat Uber eats and the customer name. She replied "oh" then told me "you should calm down." Then walked away. I told her she needs to get the order right. After I delivered the order, that was incomplete because of the cashier, and apologized to customer, I called to speak with the shift manager. When I told her the drive thru cashier had fought with me because they weren't paying attention to my order the shift manager said "Oh nooo" in a condescending voice. This is when I used a stern voice to let her know I was serious and proceeded to repeat what I said. She still had humor in her voice and said "I'll handle it. Sorry sir". This mcdonalds has an employee problem. If the owner wishes to view their actions, check the camera feed. Very unprofessional...
Read moreI just went through the drive-thru, on Jun 3, 2025, at approx 3:31 p.m. My husband ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles or onions, a double cheeseburger, small fries, a small coke, & Large coke. I said the fries were old, cold, and tasted like they were at least 3+ hours old. When I went into the restaurant with the French fries and my double cheeseburger in a McDonald's bag. I asked the young lady at the register if I could please get some new French fries because mine were nasty. I took my double cheeseburger out of the bag, and the young lady took the bag with the fries in it and went to I'm assuming the Manager. I saw the young lady hand the bag to a young man/manager told me it was going to be 4 minutes for French fries. I said okay. As I was waiting, I watched the manager working the fryer with no gloves on his hands he had the cordless landline phone in his hands and he was handling the fries, and money on the register by the drive-thru window. So if anyone gets sick, that's probably why. Needless to say, my husband went inside and asked for the money back for the fries & my husband said the manager gave him $5.00 back. Nobody had name tags on except the young lady...
