This restaurant is overall good, it has gotten much better than it used to be. My main beef with them is that we are right outside their service area, and there are other places around them that deliver to us, so there’s absolutely no reason why they can’t deliver to us. Also, note to manager - you might want to watch what the employees are discussing or yelling while working.
My last order was a week ago and it was walk in. Normally I do pick up but I sat in the lobby and waited for the food this time. The employees in the back (I’m pretty sure the one female was a team lead or supervisor of some sort) were yelling and swearing over a situation that happened over the phone. Well, first off, it comes off very unprofessional to a customer sitting in the lobby. Then it made me question “Is this how they talk about me when I call in to order?” There’s a newer employee, I think she’s from Britain. Very sweet girl and did everything correctly. But while she was there, there was another grumpy girl that came over and basically came off like “no, you’re doing it wrong. Press this, then this, then this”, walked away, yelling across the kitchen to the other employees about this order over the phone. Just be aware that there are customers, and we listen. I have someone in my house with a severe dairy allergy, and I ordered multiple items including pizza with no cheese and a couple toppings. They sent the order, and the pizza came with cheese and no sauce, with the toppings. Weird, but whatever. I called, explained the situation, and they asked if they can send the correct pizza, so of course I said thank you absolutely. The next one came, and it was a regular cheese pizza. I called back at this point because we hadn’t had a chance to eat all day and explained that I just wanted my money back at this point. He refused, then proceeded to say they don’t do refunds. After I made him call the general manager, he said it was confirmed he would be able to issue a refund, he just would have to call the regional manager to authorize it. After that, he told me the only way we were getting our money back was by giving back all the food altogether. They literally sent a driver back out to come and take the food!!! And because there were bites taken out of the other stuff because there are hungry people waiting in the house, they said they probably won’t give me money back! I’ve never been to a worse pizza place let alone a worse fast food joint. Never ordering here ever again, and I will make it clear to everyone I know to avoid this one...
Read moreI ordered 2 pizzas one supreme and one pepperoni half onion half sausage pan for$60. When my order arrived the supreme has zero green onions and my pan pizza was a hand tossed. When I called to say something the girl on the phone basically called me a liar. She told me they she knew with certainty my pizza was a pan and that there were green peppers but just fewer because they were running low. Not sure how she knew what I ordered since I hadn't given her my name or number yet and I ordered through the app. She very irritatedly told me they could remake the order and I could exchange my pizza but it would be at least an hour and a half. Of course I want going to wait that long so I asked for at least my $2 back for the pan upcharge. She did eventually offer$15 off of my next order by using my phone number but I doubt she actually applied it. All I wanted was an apology sand an offer to make things right.
