There were 2 servers and only about 10 guest in the restaurant, Sunday morning. She took our order and about 25 minuets latter came and told us it was about ready, glad we were not in a hurry. I wanted crisp hash browns, hate them under cooked. They came out under cooked, so she did not tell the cook. Toast was not buttered, I had 2 slices that were cut making 4 pieces. She gave us 2 little butters and 3 jellys.She bought my hash browns out separately, after I was done eating my omelet, flattened one side a little crisp the other still under cooked.I never got a refill, drank some of my wife's drink. I told her we were really disappointed and she just said oh sorry. This has really gone down since the ownership changed. We usually go there about 4 times a month but no longer. Ordered their chicken salad , which was described as Grandma's(?) special recipe, and had crunch, almonds and grapes. Server said slivered almonds l. Not very many and a few grapes, bland. Read moreNice little diner inside the bowling alley at RH Johnson rec center in Sun City West. New ownership new menu. Been there a couple times and so far everything is pretty good. The only thing that I will say is that sometimes service can be a little slow, but that's OK. It's not that bad. however The last couple times l've been in there was like the Lord of the flies. Not sure why, but there were a lot of flies. Don't forget to get a cinnamon roll.
