This is without a doubt the best Asian restaurant in Yuma that we have been to and we have been to all the bigger ones. The facility is spotless clean; including the restrooms. The aroma inside is mouth watering. Wait staff are very attentive and very nice. Now the food. Everything was piping hot and fresh. I had General Tso's chicken and it came with fresh steamed broccoli. The correct amount of spice and sweetness with perfect steamed rice. It came with a spring roll; which I am not usually crazy about, but these were remarkably good. I ordered chicken egg roll and I am glad my better half talked us into it. A wee bit smaller than I am used to, but the flavor was there. Wished I would have ordered 2 more; however, with all of the food they brought out I couldn't finish what I had. Plenty of take home. My wife got the orange chicken and her comments were similar to my dish. She said it was the best orange chicken she ever ate and her fried rice on the side was tops. Again, we don't eat like when we were young, but had I still been a chowhound there would have still been food to take home. The cost? I think the price is fair in this day and age. I may have saved 10-12 bucks at fast food but no comparison there. Plus I honestly felt that I got what I paid for plus. Most other places I feel insulted by the portion size! This place rocks and we will be frequent flyers. Thanks Lemon Grass for an outstanding...

The Lemon Grass Asian Cuisine restaurant is another hidden gem in Yuma, Arizona. I may be incorrect, but I think that this restaurant has not been in business longer than two years or so. But in the short time that they arrived here in the City of Yuma they sure have earned the good praise from most Yumans due to the great quality of their dishes. This is not a fast food establishment and you are definitely getting good, fresh, and well prepared dishes that are absolutely delicious.

Oh, and if you are into strong caffeinated coffee beverages I recommend that you try the Vietnamese cold coffee. But I have to warn you that this coffee is not an Arabica coffee, but a Robusta coffee that is packed with caffeine. Despite that the coffee is a Robusta type of coffee it definitely has a less bitter taste than most other robusta types of coffee beans from around the world. I definitely recommend it, but try to consume the beverage at least 4 to 6 hours before you go to sleep. Or else, youโ€™ll be finding yourself up and rearranging your house from top to bottom!

Oh, and the dishes are family style portions. So if you really want to try multiple dishes itโ€™s best to bring the family, or good friends to come with you...

Wonderful experience all around. The food was creative and cooked to order. Delicious. We had the Tomyum Seafood Noodle Soup. Lo Mein Black Pepper Beef. Spicy Thai Style Fried Chicken w/ fried rice. All the food 5 ๐ŸŒŸ. What was overly impressive, was the service. We ordered pick up. Done in a timely manner to the eta, (it was Valentine's so very very busy!) Received our order. We went back to the hotel. On the way I got a call to see if we still there. They had forgotten to put the noodles for the soup in the bag. Another sign of good food prep (not putting the noodles in until served) I said that's OK didn't want to drive back no worries. She called me back again saying they would deliver them!!! Said OK if they wanted to. Soon a knock on the door and the noodles were delivered. Not only the noodles but an extra box with delicious cake as a bonus. Totally not necessary the soup was great either way, but much appreciated especially on Valentine's Day. Will definitely be back again when we visit Yuma. I highly recommend you visit too. Thank you so much Lemon Grass Staff. Keep up...

Iโ€™ve had food a few times now from here and Iโ€™m impressed every time! Food has been hot, delicious, and fast to come out of the kitchen!! FOOD: My boyfriend & I have had: Kung Pao Shrimp, chicken lo mein, sweet sour pork, broccoli beef, lemon grass curry noodle soup, hot sour soup, spring rolls, chicken egg rolls, wonton soup, and the Indian roti canai!! SO SO GOOD! You canโ€™t go wrong! Probably one of my favorite places to get dinner to go! DRINKS: sweet tea ๐Ÿต, roasted coconut drink ๐Ÿ™Œ, Thai tea are all super yummy. PROS: masked employees ๐Ÿ˜ท , clean tables after use, super friendly, LOCALLY OWNED & operated, large portions, and really good sweet tea! ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ™Š offer take-out, dine-in, phone orders, and online orders! CONS: it can be pricey (if you get a bunch of items it can add up, but still worth it for the food), off the beaten path (they arenโ€™t too far from the mall so maybe not bad for some!), patio is open but still under construction/remodel

I really wanted to like this restaurant. However, we found the food bland and uninspired. We love Chinese takeout for New Year's Eve and decided to try Lemon Grass this year. We ordered spring rolls, steamed dumplings, hot and sour soup, mongollian beef, chicken and veggies. We paid a boatload for the food and was extremely disappointed when we started to try each dish. I found the mongollian beef too spicy and the chicken with no flavor whatsoever. The spring rolls and dumplings were both okay. And my husband found the hot and sour soup delicious. Too bad, I don't like hot and sour. Basically, we ended up throwing all the leftovers in the trash the next day as we couldn't bring ourselves to eat it again. I can't understand how others can rate this restaurant any higher than 2 stars. The restaurant did appear clean, so they get points for that, but I also need good food. We will not be back.
