Yogis Grill(Pacific Ave) — Restaurant in Yuma

We were just driving through Yuma and needed to grab some dinner. We decided something like Teriyaki bowls sounded good and the kids agreed. We were tired of the fast food chain places. I chose this place for our family based on looking through info for a few different places and reading reviews. Positives: -We liked that this was a quick service place where we could get in and out faster so we could get back on the road. -We thought that the teriyaki chicken bowls were good and the value of what you get for the price was solid! One of us also got the chicken and beef, and the beef was just as tasty as the chicken. -There was a good ratio of meat to rice and extra sauce packets were included, which was helpful when we got down into the bowl and we wanted to add more sauce. We all liked the flavor of the sauce. -They had good options on their menu for ways to customize your bowl for health or dietary restrictions if you want to pay extra -We would definitely recommend checking it out!

Negatives: -The top thing that made this 3 stars instead of 5 is that we paid extra to add steamed veggies and the few pieces of broccoli and carrots we received were tasty, but the majority of what was added were huge pieces of soggy, mushy zucchini that no one wanted to eat even by those of us who like zucchini. So, those got thrown away and that was just a waste. -The bathroom was in a sad state and we opted to go elsewhere before heading out of town which was a waste of our time when we should have just been able to go there. -We ordered a side of Tempura shrimp and they were the tiniest, most pitiful shrimp I have ever seen in my life and not even remotely worth the $2 each that we were charged! I would never order those...

The food is great! But, the customer service stinks. I have ordered food there now twice and did not receive my drink. Office staff goes to pick up our orders and they never give them the drink. I called this time to complain and they said that they could issue me a refund for the drink but that I would have to come in and do it, they can't issue a refund over the phone. Oh, and I have to do it within three days. She also told me that they only provide the cup and whoever picks up the order would have to fill up the cup. Just frustrating. They should be reviewing the orders and making sure that they have given the person the cup. Also, do they not fill online drink orders when they are being picked up by Uber...

2 stars, but only because their customer service was so wonderful.

We got the chicken yucky-soba bowl (yakisoba) and chicken u-non edible bowl (udon). We also ordered the Philadelphia roll.

Presentation was nice, flavor, not so much. First off, the "chicken". The texture was rubbery and it tasted burnt. Noodles tasted burnt as well. Also, the entire udon bowl tasted terribly burnt.

My boyfriend didn't mind the sushi. To me, the salmon looked like fake dyed fish. The women at the front were super kind and gave us a refund on our meal, aside from the sushi.
