In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Yuma

Not good, I'm writing this with a bitter taste in my mouth, not just from the overcooked meat but because I really used to like this place. Just ordered drive-thru from here after waiting in what was the slowest drive-thru line I've ever been in. When I finally pulled up to the pick-up window and the employee asks for the second time if I want ketchup, I again replied no, then goes on to hand me what I can only guess is somebody else's order. They added sauce after asking and being told no, the burger was missing a patty, etc. When I go inside to ask if I can have the order fixed I walk in to wait some more, after finally making it to the register I give the order back and I proceed to, yep, you guessed it, wait some more. When sitting there waiting for the order I am told: "You didn't have to wait in line man, you can just walk up to the counter next time." Yeah, good to know, what are you planning on having me go in to fix my order again next time too? No. There won't be one. When they finally bring out what I actually ordered, I am handed the same bag with what is now a pile of cold, greasy potatoes scattered all over the bottom of the bag and am asked again if I want ketchup, by this time the overpriced shake I ordered with my meal is melted and have pretty much lost my appetite. At least there's another burger place across the street, they don't have a drive-thru, but I'm already having to get out of...

This is my favorite hamburger place to eat at in most cities, this review however is only for this In-N-Out. THE GOOD: Fantastic customer service, lines move very fast, ordering is a breeze, and your food is usually out very quickly! Offers a driver through that moves along quickly and even if it gets backed up they have someone come outside with a tablet and take your order! Eating area and restrooms are always kept very clean and there is usually an associate at all times sweeping and mopping the restaurant to keep it clean. The food is always constantly yummy and hot! THE BAD: More indoor seating would be nice since it's Yuma and its blazing hot out in the summer! :P Only other thing that comes to mind that is very slightly negative, BUT In-N-Out is not at fault for this, sometimes the restaurant can be quite loud with the chattering of other families and people eating. THE UGLY: Nothing I can think of! All in all this is A yummy place to eat by yourself or with the family that is quite inexpensive, and your experience should always...

It's amazing how fast and accurate the turn around is on this place. I came here, passing by on a road trip Thanksgiving weekend. The line was out the door, but moving fast. The bathrooms, dining area, and outside eating area were immaculate--even though it was teeming with customers.

I have food allergies and they got my food order correct!

I'm genuinely impressed with the staff and atmosphere here--though it was stuffed to the max capacity with customers, the employees were cheerful and didn't seem stressed. We were order number 1. They announced order 66 when we paid. I expected to be there forever, but 10-12 minutes later we had our food. We did end up eating in the parking lot because there were literally waaaaay too many people there to find a seat inside or outside, but the order was accurate; the employees were pleasant; and the food was the savory quality we know and love.
