Parad-Ice Cream Rolls — Restaurant in Yuma

Okay so I'm never coming back to this shop because of the lack of cleanliness from the staff. Not only was there a complete lack of hairnets, but I watched a female staff member, with a rose tattoo on her forearm, with no gloves on,wipe/scratch her face and wipe her hands on her pants repeatedly, and never wash her hands. This same staff member filled multiple orders ( not mine thank goodness) as I watched and waited for upwards of half an hour for my order. Finally, I watched a more cleanly staff member prepare my ice cream. They rolled it up and set it at the topping counter. I waited eagerly for them to finish my order and call my number. They let my ice cream sit and melt on the counter for another 15 minutes before topping and serving it. I'm disgusted and very...

I did waited like a few minutes and I notice that they were calling it by number and there was only like two more people in front of me and they never called my number.. they just kept going and going and going... and I told one of the employees did you guys skip me or something and she was like what number are you. I told her my number and then she went to go and look for my number where they have the employees look at the orders and then she was like oh will make it for you.. after like 15 minutes NOTHING. And I ask again and then they ignored me.... like really ... what's so hard of making a MANGO CHAMOYADA that's what I ordered... I hope that this does not happen again... after like 30 minutes i just decided...

Saturday 5 PM. Only one staff rolling the icecream. She seems to really try, but waiting for 30 mins for an ice cream? Anyway, there was an older lady walking around. But she didn't seem to care enough just to say hello and they would be with me shortly. Nope. Now, it's not fun to stand on the line for 15 mins. If they mean this to be a slow relaxed situation, then there should be an alternative method for ordering atleast. Now, I am waiting for the icecream as I type. If the ice cream is heaven worthy to change the stars, I would. Or else 3 stars is generous. No hair nets/caps for employees. As I finish this another employee walked in.
