Arby's — Restaurant in Arkansas City

Great food for a spur of the moment stop. We had gone to Arkansas City, Ks to bury my auntie who had died unexpectedly. We hadn't eaten for two days due to stress and preparations. By 4 p.m. we both realized we were finally starving. There were few choices in way of food in the area. We saw that Arby's and decided to try some of their limited edition sandwiches. The beef brisket was awesome, next was the pecan, apple, chicken salad sandwich. Oh MY! THAT was beyond amazing. It qas in fact, "a party in my mouth". Beyond great. I would hope they could find a way to keep it on their menu continually! The different textures with a sudden burst of tangy followed by the crispy sweet taste of apple was unsually good. But "good" doesn't come close to describing the party going on in your(my)mouth! Indescribable and beyond actual description. It left me feeling almost euphoric. That commercial with the "chef" saying "we've got the mest..for sandwiches" is a gross understatement of what they did with their new menu. My spouse had another sandwich off their summer menu. He was beyond satisfied with his selection as well. Some of the "summer menu" items can stand to stay as well. We realize that certain items might be cost prohibitive during certain seasons. Ok, we can understand wholly. We decided Friday to try to "eat our way through this years new sandwich line up. We are "foodies", we have made up a list of places we fully intend to patronize for the rest of the summer into the fall. Arby's new Summer Menu just went to the top of our list with our sandwiches...

We really like this place locally. The food is good. However we had an experience today that will keep us from going back. After watching an employee remove her shirt in the middle of the restaurant to reveal a tank top with no bra she would not leave us alone. She proceeded to come to our table and kept asking questions about our son who does have a disability. After two trips to the table asking questions about him and showing everything under the sun, I hoped she would stay away. The third trip she came and said “I am sure glad my kids are healthy”. She then said “will the rest of your kids be born with disabilities”. It appeared as though this employee engages in regular use of narcotics such as meth. After this we threw our things away and left. I did notice she chose to put her Arby’s shirt back on as we exited and she continued to try to speak to my wife. This is...

Food was very hot and fresh and the staff knew the menu well and had no problems placing our order. Our wait did not seem long at all but when our name was called we were given a voucher for a free small drink or small fry. I asked the waiter what this was for and he replied that our order took longer than it should have. I thought our order came in the expected time so kudos to this group of staff. I really prefer this Arbys over Ponca City, Stillwater, and even Edmond. Store is always clean and staff is always helpful.

EDIT: So went back to this Arby's again with the same exact experience as before! Why can't more gast food places follow this management's plan for success. I've never been to another Arb'y that has anything customer service wise as...
