Being honest, I have had bad service in Winfield's taco bell 🔔 in the past, I called it to the managers attention and she took care of it, but, I had two other bad experiences with this taco bell 🔔, but, the straw that broke the camels 🐫 back happened when not only was my food order wrong, the chicken was so hard you couldn't chew it up, so I threw it all away and that was a $10.00 loss for me, I'd tell the manager but I don't ever give any company 4 chances and continue going to their establishment, I feel sorry for the manager because it's really out of her control when she's not there, and when any employee lies to my face about my food order Being correct, I end all my business with...
Read more9/11/24 update. It really hasent changed much. Different staff but still pretty efficient. Food still good. Drive thru still open late. Would note newer employee named Ashley very good at customer service and seems to shine a little more than the rest. So maybe give her a promotion or a raise or something. She seems to be killing it
Just the same as almost any taco bell. Nothing that stands out about it. I doordash and they seem to do pretty good at keeping up with the orders.
