Chicken Express — Restaurant in Arkansas

Tighten up service; we usually eat at this restaurant a couple times a month. The last two visits have had incorrect orders or items missing etc. today I was surprised that the service they seem very disorganized. I placed my order at 12:35, according to my ticket. I pull around to pick up the food and wait 15 minutes I don't depart until, 12:50. While sitting at the window I observed 4 employees moving around in the back kitchen area. They would look at the screen put food in boxes, look at the screen, put food in boxes. Walk around, look at the screen. Have a conversation. look at the screen. After approximately 10 minutes, one of them walked over and said 27 piece dinner. I said not even close. 4 piece dinner, and two-piece fish dinner. Gallon of tea. They disappeared for a while looked at screen... Had a conversation. Looked at the screen and all the boxes in front of them... And eventually provided the order. Again great restaurant love being here have for years. Just need to tighten up the organization or management in the back. If you're wondering yes they had food prepared they were putting fish and chicken in boxes the entire time.... So they were waiting on something fresh... just...

Last night will be the last dollar I spend at this location. The drive through teller was obviously ticked off at having to be there. I was not thanked for my $40 worth of business, just told to sign the credit card slip. When I get to the other side to pick up my meal, there are two VERY young men screwing around and whatnot. After burning 15 minutes of fuel staring at a closed window, I turned my vehicle off. The line behind me was backed up around the corner. At no point was any explanation given for the delay. I assumed it was because the food was being cooked, but who knows? For whatever reason, once the food was cooked, they got everyone's meals boxed at the same time and brought them out together. They had no idea which order belonged to which vehicle, the chicken tenders were saturated with grease, and all 5 members of my family spent all night throwing up or worse. I can write off the sickness as any number of things, but the staff did not care in the slightest that paying customers were burning fuel and time waiting for food....

Only been once and that was yesterday. My wife and I pulled up to the drive thru to order. The woman who took our order seemed very confused as to what she was doing and it seemed to screw up our entire experience. My wife was driving, and bless her heart she had to tell the drive thru lady about 8 or 9 times the word "biscuit." Guess what? We still got rolls. Didn't even get what we ordered. Of course we didnt find out until we got out to hickory nut mountain for our picnic, of course. They also almost didn't give us our drink, and as we were waiting on that, the managers were berating the young man that was trying to give us the drink. I'm not really sure what was going on yesterday, but honestly I don't think I'll come back. If we hadn't been so far away before we realized we got all the wrong things in general, we might have come back for opportunity to fix it. Plenty of other chicken places in town.
