Currently in my concha era! Cowboy Conchas has been on my list for awhile & I'm so glad that I finally had a chance to drop in.
Lots of seating, cute decor... currently holiday themed & cowboys, of course. š¤ Beautiful presentation of all the treats!
Grabbed an oreo concha & a cookie butter concha to go, excellent. They aren't not dry & the flavor is really there. I've had some dry conchas in the past with a sprinkle of flavor where it's questionable what the flavor actually is... but these, yesssss. They had a refrigerated side of the counter that had cheesecakes & maybe some other things. I'll have to grab one next time!
I also ordered a coffee, I might have said iced then when the guy asked to confirm I asked if I could have it hot. Honestly, I don't remember but he made me an iced sugar free Irish Cream latte. The large is huge, which is fine by me because I love my coffee. I didn't have an issue with an iced coffee (trust me, if I was bothered I would've said something) & left. He actually realized that he made me an iced one & caught me outside before leaving to apologize, he even offered to make me a hot one! Super sweet & totally not necessary, I was so appreciative of his kindness. The coffee was delicious, I am grateful that they offer several sugar free options.
Clean place, awesome staff, great vibes. I don't know if they typically do, but I asked him to bag my conchas individually since I was dropping one off & he happily accommodated my request! Food & drinks are a win, with good prices. I paid about $15 for everything, tax & tip included. I'll be back, definitely grab some yummy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been a loyal customer at Cowboy Conchaās, coming here every morning for my usual strawberry matcha and matcha concha. The products are absolutely delicious, and thatās the only reason Iāve continued to come back. However, today my husband and I experienced the worst customer service weāve ever had here.
My husband, who is a coffee drinker and usually goes to Dutch Bros for their sugar-free options, simply asked if Cowboy Conchaās had any sugar-free alternatives. After deciding not to order anything, he told the cashier heād just pay for my order. A few minutes later, she came back with two strawberry matchas. When we politely explained that we had only ordered one, she became visibly upset and insisted thatās what we ordered. I kindly explained that my husband doesnāt drink anything with sugar and is also lactose intolerant. Instead of understanding, she made rude facial gestures and treated us with unnecessary attitude.
I was not rude in any way, but the way she handled the situation was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. No matter how great the products are, poor customer service ruins the experience. If Cowboy Conchaās wants to keep loyal customers like myself, they need to address the way their staff...
