I accidentally ordered from here because I thought it was the one by my house. I googled the name of the restaurant because I didn't know the number for the one by my house. When I googled the name it showed me the one by my house. I clicked on "Order," and it sent me to a website that I thought was for the Easterns by my house. The driver was very rude. I added delivery instructions and the driver texted me to meet them outside. I texted back, "No," because I was having a lot of back pain, and walking back up the stairs would make my back feel worse. I ordered a 2L Orange Fanta, but when the driver came, they handed me a 2L Sprite. I called the restaurant to find out that they didn't have any. My suggestion for them is if you don't have a specific item that the customer wants then contact them and let them know. Also, I told them that I didn't want a Sprite, so the driver came and got it. Read moreThis was the first and last time we will be ordering from here. My wife got sesame chicken, I got shredded crispy beef. I called back about the bad flavor and way overly sweet sauce with the crispy beef. It was is way too much added sugar, it was not edible. The lady that answered the phone said she knows, and she doesn't like like it either, and she feels it is like drinking coca cola to her. I asked if I can exchange it, she said no and hung up the phone. My wife's sesame chicken was tasteless and watery. I don't always leave bad reviews, I have left plenty of good ones. However, this experience was worth noting. Not a good way to treat a customer when you are trying to...
Read moreThe best Chinese delivery service in Arlington. The contactless delivery is seamless. Driver puts the food at the door and sends me a text message. Thank you!
The lunch special is well priced with good portion. I can split into two meals with one order. Food is fresh, especially the fluffy white rice. I found over the years, many establishment have started to slack off on the rice because of the low-carb-diet culture, but Eastern is not cutting corners. Also the chef will add and take off ingredients to cater to your needs and palate.
This is a Chinese American restaurant so if you are expecting some experience you had in Hong Kong or Beijing, you will need to lower your...
