Went in to get a late breakfast and the store manager Beverly seriously needs to learn better customer service skills. She made it very unpleasant and made us feel unwelcome and like she didn't have time for customers coming inside. Rather than welcome to jack in the box how can I help you her first response was are you paying cash or card then when we said card she points to a computer screen says use it to put in your orders & walked away to start doing other things. There was no other customers in the restaurant at that time the only other people would be drive through. I am not a tech person & I have worked restaurants for years so I know what is & is not ok in customer service. You wanna stay in business its repeat business that you need not the one time person & you have to smile and make the customer feel welcome not act like your to busy to bother with them. Furthermore her energy got more annoyed when i said can you please just take our order because I have alterations to my order its not as is. Then to make it worse I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have sausage bacon ham egg and cheese and when the food came out there was no sausage on it. In most cases yes I would say something to fix it but with as rude & unwelcome as she was making us feel i didn't wanna even bother going through dealing with her again. One of the other employees was at least nice enough to ask if we wanted it to go or in-store & if we wanted any sauces or anything else when he saw us sitting waiting for the orders. Customer service is still a requirement in all food and retail companies and its not the customers job to use the computer systems to submit their food orders or cash themselves out for what they purchase. If you choose to work in the food or retail business you must be able to have people skills and help the customers while making them feel welcomed and that you want them to come back. I forgot to order the drink so I asked if they could put it on when I went to the window and the kids decided they wanted the donut holes which ended up being a big old issue to add those on. After the Young man tried to get help from what I thought may have been a manager a couple different times he finally just said he couldn't add them on at the end so I said that's fine leave them off he was able to put the drink on however in the hindsight at the minimum of 5 minutes we were sitting at the drive-through window itself on top of the 10 minutes in line with only two people in front of us the woman that he asked for help from a couple different times was on her cell phone the whole time! I think that is pretty crazy these days how people think it's okay to just be on their cell phone especially in a food situation that's the whole idea they all have headsets so they don't have to be touching their personal device isn't it? I Placed a order on the mobile app which they could not fulfilled which is completely fine I simple just ask to get refund on the items that I was not getting but no one knew how to do it. 3 people didn’t know or could provide me on who to call. Eventually “keylan” told me to just call later so the Store manager “lenisha” could help me I made about 5 calls through the day and not a single on was answered. Eventually at 9:17 pm i call and i talk to the manager “jenetra” which said there was nothing she could do i would just have to call someone but didn’t give me the phone number and kept saying it she just didn’t have it i told her could You find it and provide it to me later?
