It was my first time here. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls, pho ga, and pho dac biet. The menu is plentiful and I love the variety. They recently remodeled the interior 3 months ago and the decor and interior design is beautiful. The owner of Pho Palace used to be the owner of Pho 95 so the pho here is similar in quality to Pho 95 which is not a bad thing at all, the quality and flavor is great. The shrimp spring rolls came out with pork on it so we had to call a waitress back and specify no pork. They came out with new shrimp only spring rolls and the rolls looked bigger. The peanut sauce was very good. The pho ga (chicken pho) was very clean. It contains white and dark meat. The pho dac biet tasted like pho 95, good quality broth, noodle quantity, beef quality and quantity with good ratio of meaty beef and fatty beef. I would come back. Their portion sizing is big and filling. Customer service is good too. Their bun Bo hue broth isn’t that good. They give you banana flower for the bun Bo hue. Their menu is thoroughly translated in English. Their chicken spring roll is the only spring roll that doesn’t come with pork, it’s grilled chicken with peanuts and instead of peanut sauce they give you fish sauce.

In my quest to find great Vietnamese restaurants, i am so happy to discover this place. Don't let the face of the building fool you, inside you will find a nice layout and ambience. The service was prompt and fairly quick, the prices very reasonable. Excellent choice of pho combinations especially if you like several different cuts of beef, tripe and tendon. I had the small size and had a generous portion of noodles and meat. We also had the shrimp spring rolls, tasted fresh, neat and tight wrap. The Banh mi was also prepared nice - crispy bread roll soft on the inside, good tasting pork and chicken. Highly recommended.

Today I came into Pho Palace to enjoy dinner. This is establishment was very clean and organized. One of the reasons I stopped by is because it had very good reviews online. I ordered my favorite food and with extra noodles, which came with the soup and not just dry noodles. The trademark sandwiches were excellent and the very delicious😊. This is the type of place that I enjoy the most with simple and excellent food choices. This community definitely respects this place, because the crowd was very familiar with the restaurant. It just became a favorite stopping point for my lunch and dinner breaks.

I’ve been eating at this restaurant on and off for 20 years at least. And I stopped eating here many years ago because their quality is inconsistent. You know it’s all run by women have been there in a bad mood you don’t want to eat there. I went there Friday nite around 7:30pm. They had one waitress working the entire restaurant floor and she’s brand-new inexperienced and she was the bus boy. The really good server was there but she was being the bus. Busboy. Soiled napkins had to flag her down for my drink. This is one of these places where you have to stand in line to pay your bill. I mean absolutely horrible I know they do that because I worry the servers are going to steal from them. So when there was nobody standing in line I went to the cash register and with my bill and I said put 10 on the card and my bill was told 94 I have in my car just kept saying 12 9424 I said no 10 on the car chipset and 24th and no Dan do you make me so mad finally she put the tent on there I threw three ones that are I left I didn’t even eat my food I will never return this...

Pho Palace is a very unkept restaurant i.e., tables, seats, and kitchen area.

As for the service and professionalism, service is uncaring and nonchalant and the professionalism and welcoming mannerism is something they do not have. The fact that their English proficiency is not their forte doesn’t help, it only adds to the uncomfortable feeling they make one feel as one walks into the restaurant because they don’t thoroughly understand one’s inquires or concerns. In like manner, one cannot understand them as they communicate what little they may have understood from me. That alone is frustrating and uncomfortable in it of itself.

In addition, the menu is very confusing due to having too many dishes on it and too much Vietnamese writing mixed with English. Their sandwiches are bland and flavorless. Their Pho dishes are the same in style and ingredients. The food makes me sick due to it...
