Be careful when you go here. They gave me the wrong order. I gave it back immediately and told them what i had ordered. They took the food back but still proceeded to charge me for it. When they gave me the receipt they closed the drive through window so fast I had no chance to tell the guy he charged me wrong. A couple minutes later a lady with the crappiest attitude tried to give me the same wrong order again. I told her they charged me wrong then got mad at me for not telling them sooner. She then tried to give me the correct order but because of her shady attitude i said forget it just give me a refund. I'M SORRY I'M NOT GETTING PAID TO TELL YOU HOW TO DO YOUR JOB. It could gave been easily handled had they had any common sense. To top it off she then told me she was never going to take my order again. And supposedly she is the one in charge. I said fine and took my business to Don Wang. The food is good which is why I l chose here. If you like bad customer service but good food, try it. Just be clear to tell them what you are picking up/ordering and check your order...

I must say that the Fortune Cookie Exspress was quite the hidden gem! Nestled in a sketchy area, I was initially hesitant, but the positive reviews convinced me to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did.

The food was absolutely delicious! I tried their General Tso’s chicken and the fried rice, both of which were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, making it a great value for the price. My dining companion ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and they raved about it as well.

I had ordered $40 worth of food my husband started eating his peppered steak a few bites and he started coughing, he said something is stuck in my throat so I looked with my flashlight in his throat and here was a piece of metal stuck on the side of his throat. Rushed to the hospital they pulled it out and found out it was a piece of brillo, I called the fortune cookie Express, and got the worst customer service I have ever gotten in my life I had explained to the manager what had happen andhe not only acted like it was not a big deal he didn't act surprised either he said something about its metal from what they clean with or something like that i then said that I have six kids in the house and I'm not feeding any of that food to them that I wanted a refund and he gave me the hardest time about getting a refund. do not eat here I was reading some of the other reviews and this isn't the first time that metal shards have been found in food this is...
