Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Arlington

When I went to order, the first girl didn't know what I was trying to order, she had another girl come ask for my order. Then she asked me to pull around to the window. Once I pulled around, the car in front of me was sitting there for over 10 minutes (had to blow the horn to get them to come to the window), when they drove off, we pulled up to the window and a trainee asked me again for my order. She closed the window, came back with a total that didn't sound right. I asked her what was my order, "repeat it back" she didn't have everything I ordered. I told her again what I wanted and she closed the window again. After 2 minutes, she came back to the window with the correct total, charged and closed window again. We waited another 5 minutes for the food. I truly don't like coming to Yack in the Box. Yes you read that right. I think their food and service are terrible and go hand and hand. If I could give zero stars I would. This is my third time sitting inside and dining in. It’s so crazy how you let bums just chill in there and refill there drinks over and over again without paying. That’s absurd. You had some guy sitting in the corner being just crazy. I didn’t feel safe with my family. My burger was wrong twice and then I get my husbands food and it’s cold and nasty. I had to ask them to make fresh fries for me as the others looked like they just sat there for hours. I think this store needs to be shut down just like that sonic down the way from you. I placed a personal pickup order on the Doordash app and headed over when it said it was ready. I pulled up through the drive through and the lady tells me it isn't ready. No big deal, always good to practice patience, right? So I agree to drive around and park upfront and wait. When she brings the order out to me, she rudely says, "Doordash orders have to go inside"...?
