We usually have good food but this day, we waited over 20 minutes for a simple enchilada, one, mind you. the corn tortilla was not cooked, just seemed to be slapped together with warm sauce over it. the charro beans were under cooked and had some that even crunched...these are pinto beans. But the kicker was the refried beans. They were a weird color and had an unusual taste. when I told the waitress, she didn't even offer to replace it. [she had a very negative spirit about her from the moment we walked in.] everytime we needed water, or more chips, or more napkins we had to hunt her down. She just was not attentive to our table. so we went to pay and i asked for a manager. they said please wait. 5 minutes, 10 minutes...oh, there's no manager and the owner is gone. I didn't pay for the food except the very runny cup of cheese sauce [$3.19]. I left my name and number and asked to be contacted. I don't guess my patronage at there restaurant is wanted, because I still have not been contacted. so, after 5 years of visiting there, I WILL NOT EAT HERE AGAIN! If anyone has a recommendation to a good, small Mexican restaurant, please let me know....now let me add this...it has been over a month, I have called to speak with management or the owner 5 times and each time they are not there and each time I have asked for a call back and never received a single one. EVERY chance I get I am telling people how terrible this little place is and don't bother going. they don't care about their REPEAT customer base. after 5 years of giving them business and this is how they show their appreciation. the females there rarely have smiles and we received poor service on many occasions. the food used to bring us back and we tolerated the staff, but now both are unacceptable to me in a restaurant...

Lunch specials are great, CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT SO GREAT. If you want to place a order to go, half time you are better off going to location as opposed to ordering on phone because they do not answer the phone. Just keeps ringing and ringing. (You can take in consideration they are busy, however one day I notice they had no customers and staff was not very busy when i walked in and I was calling to see if they answer and they didnt. As a result I had to go in location to make my order and then wait there for 15 minutes for it. )

Double Check your order as well, because many times I have had my order wrong or missing something. Very inconsistent service , however the food is really good for the price.

I hope management sees this review and takes action with their staff(p.

I just called to make a complaint, and no manager is in, and I told them that my order was in correct and was basically told to call back in hour later. Poor customer service all around, have had same problems with dine in experience.

Some of the staff that have been there years have been decent at doing their job, but the new staff not so much. I have dined in before and had to wave down a waiter to get a refill after...

The food has always been amazing at this place, the floor could have probably been swept, and it was hot inside so they could've had it a little cooler. But the people and the food were overall pretty good. Despite the two negatives, I would still recommend this place because their food is always spot on and flavorful. I love their enchiladas and their food always comes out fresh. The drinks are nice and cold. They do not have sweet tea only cold unsweetened tea so if you want sweet tea just know you'll be mixing your sugar into cold unsweetened tea leaving it slightly gritty. The place did used to be a bit more lively and you could sit in the back but unfortunately the back is now blocked off and you can't sit in the back anymore which is disappointing. But if you like hole in the wall tex mex this is a good place. They seemed short staffed and may need more employees to keep up with the incoming phone calls and customers. The phone did ring quite a bit in the time I was sitting there but they also only had two people doing dine in orders, Togo orders, running food, and busting tables. They were trying their hardest to keep up...

We stopped by for breakfast and we're very disappointed. Our breakfast came and we waited an additional 5 minutes because our daughters food chicken nuggets weren't ready. We waited and had to go ask and still waited because it wasn't ready. When we were told when they brought our plates it's on the way right now. We had to keep asking for coffee and my daughter had to also go and ask for a refill because the waitress never asked if we needed refills. I'm all for waiting but when we are the only people in the restaurant it's uncalled for. There was another couple here but they were waited on hand and foot they also got refills without asking. This is not how new customers should be treated. I understand you get regular but when you treat new customers like this they won't be back. Food wasn't good it also tasted as if they are using a dirty grill and old oil. Food wasn't hot neither and sausage tasted like it had freezer burn.

An authentic Mexican restaurant, actually its my favorite. As an Arlington native, this is a comfort spot for me and my family. It feels like my own hispanic mom or aunt is cooking this food, not to mention the calm environment there is and the lunch specials in between the week. Ive been coming here since 2018 and I love it. The breakfast and lunch options are delicious! Sure the food is basic Mexican food nothing too exotic but for the price and deliciousness, you can’t beat it. The ladies that work here are the sweetest and they are very attentive with the service they provide. Give it a try and you will not regret it. Its only a few blocks away from the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, so this is a great option in the morning and get some Chilaquiles. I usually get the enchiladas or parrillada but there are other options. Give it a try, you wont regret it.

I tried to call in my order and no one answered the phone so i drive there. First impression before trying their food isn't good. Parking is horrible there seems to be broken down cars in the parking lot. Their sign says they have a drive-thru that's not correct. I got home with my food and was disappointed. I came here because a favorite of mine nearby was closed. I won't return. Food was average. I ate a little and threw the rest out. Not sure how they have 4 stars. Guess I ordered the wrong food.
