I had been coming to this place since I discovered it. My husband and I always splurge ourselves and take home a $45-$50 dinner from here up until today 11/11/2020. I have NEVER been treated so undignified as I was today. Our last order here was a week ago, but in this order a mistake was made. I didn’t think much of it, but my daughter did not eat her dinner because it was not what she had order and instead just had a snack. She put her 5 beef tacos in the fridge. That week, after major surgery, I had just gotten out of the hospital 3 days prior to this order. Today I had decided to make things right for my daughter and her taco meal. I came to this place brought those tacos from my fridge and explained to the owner the situation, but he refused to make things right and instead pointed to the back of the wall to a note. a small handwritten piece of paper he had attached in the distance that read “to make things right a costumer has 24 hours.” I asked him if he could do things right for this one time and he refused. I told him to keep his damn tacos, put them in the trash and take my order then. I was still willing to continue with my business for service, but instead he refused to give me service at this point and asked me to leave. I told him he will learn something today about costumer service. I was so upset for his incompetent, stingy way of handling things that at this point I didn’t care anymore. I told him that his stingy ways have led to this uncomfortable situation that has escalated to where we are now and that he will learn something today. He called the police and in the restaurant in front of him I explained that I didn’t walk into the taco stand with this plan. I just didn’t want to be the one to loose this time when it came to a mistake from their part. I told him that if he would have said, “I will give you your next order for half the price for the trouble” I would had been happy! I didn’t feel the need to explain the reason why I could not come any sooner or that my husband could not have helped because he is working out of town, so I was the only one that could handle this issue. The police officers did their part and listened to my issue. I knew the outcome by then, but I also knew that this situation was not going to go unnoticed or be forgotten and due to this man’s incompetence things escalated to this point; a bad review is all I can do at this point and I hope this teaches him something about how to treat customers and not to be so damn stingy! I know how the business works and I was not asking for much or my money back; I just wanted him to meet me half way with is issue, but instead he lost our $50 business and gained Karma because Karma is what will be now. Read moreI have been to this restaurant two or three times and the food is ok, service is ok, they take a long time to serve your food, it’s a little bit expensive But after what I went through last time I would never go back there One time I went there to get a Natural orange juice, The first thing it’s so expensive I think it was more than $13 for the big cup. But it was pretty big so I didn’t mind, plus it’s natural! 🤷🏻♀️ So I pay and went and seat down, I thought it would have take a long time for them to do it. But it didn’t! So the girl called me and said “it’s ready” I was like well maybe they had one ready so you don’t wait so long. I left and when I was in my car I decided to take a sip, man it was horrible, it was super sour and tasted bad like there was rotten orange there. I am one of those persones that never take food or stuff back if I d not like it, I just give it to somebody else or throw it away. But I was like it was $13 and I really wanted my juice. So I went back and told them what happened. I was not yelling and I didn’t have a bad attitude, I just told them if they wanted to taste it, so they can see what I was talking about. One of the girls there told the other one “ all the oranges were like that so all the juice is like that” I was like 😨 all the juice? Do you have this already made? And they were like “ we make this every week” 🤦🏻♀️ come on I have been to other places and they squeeze those oranges in front of you. They wanted to add sugar or water to it 😓 That juice was already fermented. It tasted so bad And they said they couldn’t give me the money back so I ask for a carrot juice instead, but they said we can only take half of the orange out and put half of carrot in it. Omg I do not like to argue so I said ok just do it. I tried it and tasted so bad. I was so mad but i just left and threw that away I will never go back there, it just my experience. I picked up my order the lady was very friendly when we spoke, I went all the way home to find out that my order was not even what I asked for I called them back they said I could come back they would fix it I had no problem with it I was off so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Once I got there I gave them the food that they gave me and they said they would make my order as I sat down to wait I noticed they were taking the food gas out of the food that I brought back with their bare hands to make my new order. I simply said I would like fresh eggs and not re heated eggs. Everyone knows reheated eggs are not good at all. Then some guy comes out and says what’s wrong with re heating the eggs have you tasted them have you tried them, then he told the cashier you know what just give her money back and told me not to come back. I told him y’all messed up my order I came all the way back for yall to fix it and all I wanted was fresh egg's he began to weave his hand for me to get out.
