My recent experience at Dairy Queen left much to be desired. While the establishment is known for its delicious ice cream treats, the service I received was far from satisfactory. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the popular Blizzard with Snickers was not mixed thoroughly, leading to a less-than-ideal dessert experience.
Let's start with the service. Upon entering the store, There was no warm welcome or acknowledgment of my presence, which immediately set the tone for the rest of my visit. The employees seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm, making the atmosphere feel somewhat unwelcoming.
Moving on to the main attraction—the Blizzard with Snickers—I was let down by the preparation. Dairy Queen prides itself on its signature blend of ingredients, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The Snickers pieces were unevenly distributed, with most of them barely making it past the halfway mark. This resulted in a lack of flavor consistency, as the mix-ins were concentrated only in certain parts of the ice cream. It was disappointing to find myself eating plain ice cream towards the end, devoid of the promised Snickers goodness.
Furthermore, the speed of service was noticeably slow. There were only a few customers ahead of me, yet it took an excessive amount of time for my order to be prepared. It seemed as though the staff was not prioritizing efficiency, resulting in unnecessary delays and extended waiting periods. This sluggishness detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling frustrated.
While Dairy Queen has a reputation for providing delightful frozen treats, my recent visit did not live up to expectations. Read moreThe only reason i put one star is so i could write my review but they do not deserve no star our experience here has been the worst when I finally got to place our order we ordered 2 blizzards 1 vanilla dish and milkshake the cashier didn’t even want to take our order we waited like 15 minutes before he did then when we did waited like anther 30 minutes just for ice cream i felt even worse for the customers before me they were an elderly couple also getting ice cream and they just had 2 banana splits and had already been waiting prior to me ordering while we are waiting there no sign of management the staff just literally walking around talking to each other and the other just on the phone the cashier was just leaning on the counter then drive thru bell goes off the customer also wanting ice cream as well the cashier told the customer that its along wait on ice cream so the customer drives off finally after some time the lady manager or whatever her title is comes from the back and gets on one staff member to push the ice cream orders out after me and my children and the elderly couple had already been waiting some time now the restaurant was not busy it was a weekday believe me when i say i woulda just asked for my money back in a heartbeat but the order was for my children and they just had been wanting ice cream so DQ being what they wanted besides SONIC we made this our stop but we will definitely not be returning...

The men's bath room was probly the nastiest public restroom I've ever been in.order was ready and set in window ,that I could see,and was passed by several "employees" till I got up and went to ask for it.Took order back to booth to find out no plastic fork or knife was given.Went back to counter ask for them and the employee just laid them down unwrapped on the dirty counter. The employee working the drive thru window made comments and faces because customer was taking to long,customer could not see this but inside customers could. One order requires a salad dressing from the ice box and the employee that got it pitched it several times to the ceiling on way to put in bag.The employees at this location appear to not care about DQ nor the customers that go there.
