Up until this point Sonic made around $1,800 more then what they already made every year from our weekly visits spending $35 every Sunday,i dont know but babie thats something to think about when you decide to treat your other customers the way you treated us, In regards to not liking some of your customers and doing what you did, here is a thought, why not just tell us? we even tipped you really good but regardless a tip or no tip the behavior was so unacceptable ,
it's completely understandable kids will be kids , however this situation was way overboard, I'm not going to even list or mention the disgusting situation that y'all obviously went through a lot of trouble to prepare out of spite, maybe it was because a custom order and it was annoying everybody? Sorry and we apologize we really do I mean we didn't realize asking for no mustard and unsweet tea would be considered too annoying but who knows?
obviously this is the last time for us and of course we understand that none of the in question employees would care! I mean why would they it's not their business, they don't own the establishment or care about the annual earnings,
we'll simply spend our money somewhere else, it's that simple but just a thought next time you have an issue with a customer just tell them hey don't come over anymore we would rather not serve you, your orders are too complicated,, that would take a lot less energy then the amount of energy it must have taken doing what y'all did, and besides was it really worth losing an extra $1,800 each year? Either way now you don't have to deal with us anymore, however another thought so maybe reframe from treating future customers the way you treated us and actually care for the company you work for helping them make maximum Revenue after all, how do you think...

There is no solid surface to put anything on; the tables and seating are essentially made of holes. How to describe? I should have taken a photo. Lattice! That's the design: metal lattice. I was trying to get coins from my pocket to pay, and it was very awkward as I couldn't put them anywhere but my hands. I can't figure out how to say that without sounding silly. I thought I could just put things on the tray -- except they no longer provide trays to any customers. You might remember the trays that hooked onto the car window. I guess in cars we are supposed to just drop our food in our laps and eat from there? I imagine the furniture design makes it easy to just hose off, but it's horrible for putting things on. And with a little wind-- you get the idea. The outdoor seating sucks. The corn dog and tots were good. Read moreThis has absolutely been the most ridiculous trip to Sonic ever. I give it no stars I have been here waiting for 37 minutes to get my order taken I had to go to 3 different stalls, go up and knock on the door ask if they were open, then still waited ten more minutes before they took my order in addition I have seen probably 15 cars pull up and leave because nobody has taken their order. This is been the most ridiculous trip ever. But I'm still waiting just to see exactly how long it's going to take them and to get the blonde haired ladies name so I can report her because she seems to be the problem from my observation and they got the young girl walking all around doing everything. Never go to the Sonic at night I've heard stories about the blonde lady and here before from other customers I don't know why she still working here.
