NEVER GOING BACK !!! If I could I would give no stars ⭐️ at all . Fast food “ NOT “ it always takes a long time for me to get my food, and when I do finally get it it’s ALWAYS WRONG !!!!!! The staff act like they are lost all the time , the person taking the order always puts it down wrong and Then the person at the second window acts like they never know how to fix it. When they hired this new white guy he was very friendly but he was literally cursing up a storm in front of my fiancé and I didn’t care and then had our order completely messed up , but he was nice . There’s a little short chubby Hispanic girl who always messes up my order and has this I don’t care attitude . And a white girl with glasses who is there all the time and either she acts really dumb or she is really dumb , but she makes every order complicated and then acts like she has no idea how to fix it . My fiancé and I ordered two meals and wanted to make them large she said they were out of large cups so we said make the drinks medium and the fried large and she acted like she just didn’t understand how to do that . And then I ordered two large fries and a McFlurry and because the person taking the order out it In wrong she acted like she couldn’t just charge me more to get what I wanted she didn’t know how to do the difference so she had to go get the manager . This lady is so stupid I hate seeing her face in the line it annoys me . Then there’s some guy there who literally does not pay attention to the chart in front of him to know exactly what I ordered so whenever I get to the Window he says “ what was your order?” Like reply I could lie and say I ordered something I didn’t and get free food all because he’s not paying attention. Bottom line I know this isn’t Red Lobster but this is the WORST McDonald’s I have ever been two it stinks inside and the staff is not treained well but they have been there for years so I’m not sure why they can never comprehend common sense . I placed a mobile order from my phone at around 10:25am to do a drive thru pick up. I get to the kiosk and was asked if I did a mobile order I said yes. Gave her my code. She says well breakfast is over it’s now 10:32. (Me thinking) well I did sit here waiting for someone to say hello , but I didn’t engage in it. I said, hi. I placed a mobile order gave her the code again she says well your order is canceled because it’s past 10:30a . I asked, will I be refunded? She says hesitantly, yes. And as I was about to ask how etc she says pull up to the first window. I pull to the pay window first, she says mobile order? I say yes. She says first window. I pull up retrieve my food and by me being greedy I always eat my food immediately so I noticed the weight of the sandwich, I opened it up to see only a mcmuffin with cheese. I then pull around to the parking lot to go inside. I was rudely ignored by a woman at the register, then another mildly rude woman asks me what I needed. I show her the sandwich and the receipt that’s on it showing that my sandwich is missing eggs and butter. She then takes my sandwich to the back and brings me another one.
Well. I get to my car and something told me to look at my sandwich it appears to have slob in it.
I am adventurous, so I decided to make sure Its not just in my head by touching it with my fingers ….
Listen. I get that they weren’t doing breakfast after 10:30am and yes my order was 5 mins before … but the mobile app should stop orders 10 mins prior for breakfast. But that still didnt give them the right to mess my sandwich up then give me spit sandwich as a replacement. Corporate look into this...

We recently movved to this area and are so disappointed and disgusted by not only the service but quality in the food products. We have never had issues like this at any other McDonald's. 1st. Be sure to check your order if you choose to eat here, EVERY TIME! Don't just check all items are there, open your item to be sure its right. And i do meam EVERY SINGLE TIME! We've been coming here for about six months and they never fail to make a mistake. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! The last straw was when my daughters dad took her to McDonald's after school. He is not from this area and this was his first experience at this McDonald's. He ordered my 5 yr old daughter her usual happy meal with chocolate milk. When she opened her chocolate milk and took a sip she immediately spit it out. She said it was bad. He smelled it and he said that it had a faul smell not like spoiled milk but more of a chemical smell. He was actually worried that the milk had been tampered with. Me and him do not speak about anything other than our daughter and he had no previous knowledge of the several issues I've had with this McDonald's. I've tried to complain but the managers don't care. I even went to the store to speak to the manager and GM both were no where to be found.
