I ordered a chicken strip meal for my son (4 chicken strips and fries) he only ate half of a chicken strip and a few fries. We asked for a to go box so he could take it with him. As weāre getting ready to leave, we left it on the table by accident.
Reason beingā¦. I was distracted by a racist white man who was upset that a basketball team (which majority of the players were black) beat the team he was going for and his response was āthose n-words wonā. Highly offended, I decided that the best thing to do was let the manager know. When I approached a waiter I was told the manager was āpretty busyā but was told heād let them know. (That shouldāve been handled immediately) but of course it wasnāt.
After returning back home, my son is now asking for his food and we realized it was left at the restaurant. I call to let the manager know it was left and asked if they have it she says āitās been thrown outā. I asked if the replace meals, she says āNo. We give customers a few minutes to comeback and then we throw it out. If you want to place a new order and pay for it you can do that.ā Dumbest response Iāve ever heard! You really think Iād spend more money AGAIN on what I HAD JUST PURCHASED because you all thought it was okay to throw away food that I JUST paid for in the first place? Great way to keep running the frequent customers off maāam!
On top of that she was rude, talking fast (impatient) and had an attitude about it. No apology for the inconvenience or Iām sorry that happened. Didnāt even say thatās their policy to do that due to whatever reason or anything. Just an oh well attitude about it. Very poor customer service.
When you frequently visit these places you notice they began to go downhill due to new management and them letting a manager position go to their head. I use to hangout here frequently with family and friends but this last year or so has been terrible. Needless I wonāt be coming back anymore.
Gregg Owner,
Sir, weāre not talking about āmost restaurantsā weāre talking about YOUR restaurant. Your manager repeatedly said that they give the customers a few minutes to return and then itās throw out. You can say you all held it that long but what I didnāt mention was I had people on their way up there to meet me because I had planned on coming back. When they arrived I was told by them that the table was cleaned and THEY asked about a to go box and was told it was thrown out. Now maybe you can review the camera of that timeframe as well and honestly respond off of that.
Now Iām not sure if youāre still drunk from the other night like the review said as far as you bringing up my son, but donāt try downplay my experience to save face. While I had your manager on the phone, I didnāt mention the racist customer to her because she was already careless handling the food situation. Due to her attitude, Iām sure she wouldāve handled that the same way. Your main concern was to respond about the food being thrown out, you didnāt ONCE acknowledge my experience on how I said your manager handled the situation. Again⦠POOR...

I just wanted to let you know that we were at the No Frills on Little Road tonight. We have been patrons of this location for years and it was our first night out since COVID. Due to the fact that we try to always support our small, local businesses, we chose to go to our once favorite watering hole...No Frills.
To be honest, the service has always been severely lacking at this location, and understaffed (however most of the waiters and staff are very nice), but weāve always looked past that because of the good food and decent prices.
However, tonight we were abruptly stopped by the āOwnerā when walking past him with his table full of drinking buddies. My friend and I past his table and he loudly said āladies!ā Unfortunately, he was soo loud it got the attention of everyone and preceded to call us out for not having our masks on and told that āthere were signs everywhere!ā
When I left my table, I accidentally forgot to bring my mask, which was indeed my mistake. However, from the time we got there, there were very few people wearing them. Why were we called out in such an embarrassing way?
As a previous business owner myself, some much needed advice Iād like to give him would be instead of trying to impress your buddies at your table by calling āladiesā out, and sarcastically saying āthereās signs everywhereā, the more professional and courteous way to handle a situation like that would have been to get up and come to our booth and remind us of the rule you wanted us to follow (but apparently not ALL your patrons to follow.) Itās called customer service and from my observation, you partaking in your own businessās adult beverages to the point that youāre rude to customers, may be bad for business. Just a thought and good luck with your competition across the parking lot because with your behavior you may lose loyal customers. Not a great time for losing business in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs often as we go there, this was the FIRST time we've not had a great experience. We went with a group of friends to watch the Mavs, and service was pretty slow (even though we were expecting it due to playoffs). One person in our party didn't get her food until the rest of the table was almost done eating, and the waitress made up some BS story the onion rings were taking too long... news flash we had an order of onion rings already delivered so we knew that was a lie. But the thing that really irritated us was the fact the manager wanted to push a drink onto me and say it was something I orderedĀ when it clearly was not. Not the same glass, same color... nothing about it was the same. I'm HIGHLY allergic to pineapple and it clearly was not the drink I had been drinking, so I didn't want to drink something I knew nothing about and that could legit potentially kill me. The entire table felt like the manager was rude and argued with me saying that what I was drinking had fruit in it, but he never gave me an opportunity to explain my allergy... he walked away while I was still speaking. Besides all that, we had already paid the bill when it came. We ended up paying for things we didn't get or order because we didn't want to argue or take an additional 20 mins to get the waitress to try and correct it. We just wanted outta there. We've consistently come her several times a month for years, but tonight was the last straw for us.
3 stars based on customer service. The last few times we've been the service had been very slow even when they were empty. Tonight sealed the deal for me. Pretty bad and the food was cold when we...
