If I could leave NEGATIVE 0 stars I would. While eating my salad, I found a long strand of hair wrapped tightly and appears to have been cooked around a piece of bacon, deep down in the bottom of the container. I was eating all of 5 min before i found it. KEEP IN MIND my hair was PINNED UP and is extremely curly. This strand is long and straight and different texture too. I call and spoke to Olivia and explained. I've been here several times in the past with no issues, however you could see catering is meant for certain people. She immediately became argumentative as if she wanted to incite an altercation, or maybe having a bad day, no excuse though saying the chef is bald and no one else touched my salad. She was so argumentative and confrontational she even accused me of saying I'd eaten my WHOLE salad, (attaching photos)I never said that I said I was ENJOYING my salad when the hair was found. I offerred to bring it all back including the hair, Olivia says dont bother it doesn't mean we did it. She kept wanting to go round and around about how it belonged to no one there, what everyone's hair looked like, and for the 10th time reminds me the chef is bald. WHO DOES THIS, LIKE REALLY‼️JUST REMAKE IT, SIMPLE‼️I said I can't believe the customer service right now and it's very easy to just apologize and offer to remake it. In spite of my frustration, i remained calmly speaking though she didn't like what i had to say especially after her UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE behavior. Olivia then says apologize for what we did nothing wrong, so what do you want us to do. I advised I'm not asking for a refund, just remake it. So now Olivia says I don't know about that, she'll have to call the manager, etc basically to investigate just to remake a SALAD. Omg!! I've never had such horrible rude service at a restaurant she ended up saying okay thank you goodbye!!.I have friends that shoot pool there, etc I'll be posting about this. I didn't want to mention skin color, but it is what it is. When i called in my order, she was nice, my love this and my love that. When i came in, the tone changed as well as when I called with the complaint. Read other reviews, this isn't the first time skin color has been mentioned. DO NOT COME HERE!! Especially if you're of color.

Oh and let me mention that my order was only $10.81 yea all of this for 10 bucks. I gave $11. Do you think she gave me my change..nope just the receipt. SHE took the initiative to just take my change. It wasn't much but to just TAKE a tip like that, so be aware of the money exchange. A waste of my MONEY, TIME, and was DINNER. Such a shame for a company to have such nasty people aboard, in the climate this world is in SIMPLE KINDNESS...

I went for food and a few drinks. Got 2 dishes and 2 drinks. Paid for what I got and waited for the waitress to bring my change back for over 10 mins and she wasn't to be found. Was clearly still working on everything because my food was barely touched and a drink was almost full, all on the table still. Went outside to smoke and look for the waitress for 6 minutes, and when I came back the table had been cleared, my food and drink discarded, and the waitress had left. She stole my change which was $14. They refused to give me a refund or just make me more food and drink after I told them what happened, and said the waitress took her tip. My change wasn't her tip! I hadn't decided on a tip yet because I didn't even get my change. This place is extremely unprofessional and thieves. Literally just wasted $50 on one drink and 3 bites of food. I will never return back and will never suggest...

I'd rate it lower honestly but the management is actually pretty good it's the rest of the staff with issues very poor with customer service I went and spent 186 with a 45 dollar cash tip last week went out for my birthday last night and couldn't even enjoy myself or have a drink because apparently I don't spend enough for the bartender to be happy had an issue with the door man to but luckily that got resolved by management and actually settled like adults between me and the doorman the following week when I went back but now it's just becoming a problem with all the staff aside from management who actually does their jobs and take care of the customers fun place to go too honestly just the rest of the staff is disrespectful in general...
