I had a really bad experience here. I ordered Mi Bo Kho (Banh Mi), and when the waitress came out with the food, I asked her where's the Banh Mi. She told me they are two different things. I told the waitress that she should've told me that, this isn't the food that I ordered. She walked into the kitchen and talked to the manager and went outside and told me "we cannot change the food for you". I went up there told them that this is a very bad experience. They argued with me and implied that I couldn't read: "Can you read?, you read right?" After arguing for a while, the manager said "We will let it go, but next time if you want to order something, be specific". Even in the case if I was in the wrong, I don't think it is unreasonable to expect better treatment from a restaurant than this. It is clear from this that neither the management nor the employees respect their customers and will even go out of their way to fight/mistreat their customers over a few dollars' worth of food.

I absolutely would not recommend this restaurant to anyone based solely on the level of competence and respect of this restaurant has toward...

This place has been around for awhile. It's always clean. And it's a good place for lunch when in a hurry. The staff doesn't mess around. I like that. The food is always cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I love how they bring fresh lettuce out with the egg rolls. Wrapping egg rolls on lettuce and dipping in their sauce that has a slight kick is so good. It's hard to eat just one. So glad there are six per order. I had #49 with beef and pork. That beef is perfect especially with the sweet seasoning. My coworkers enjoyed their meals as well. One coworker got the Cornish hen and another got a beef and vegetables dish....

I woke up this morning and was craving com ga xoi mo (marinated dep fried Cornish hen) so badly. So guess what I had for lunch? PTT is known for this dish! I haven't been back for a few years and it did not disappoint. My cravings were satisfied. The servers were welcoming and nice. My only complaint is that I felt like the rice was lacking something but I can't pinpoint it. The salad pair nicely with this dish. If you haven't had their chicken dish, you should try it! It's perfectly seasoned and deep fried. Yummms!
