Maybe employees and people they know who are giving 4 stars. My honest opinion after spending 5 1/2 hours there Friday evening. 8-1:30 am . Mr Hobbs gave a great performance. But the wait staff is lacking attentive.

Ended up tipping over 18% just because I worked as a wait staff in my younger years. Food was delivered warm and cold. Wife said her Fajitas did not taste like Fajitas but just a meet flavor. The cheese dip was to milked down and bland.my plate was bland and all 3 sauces where mild at best. But the main part if the wait staff would have checked on us for water refill or more cocktail. 6 hrs there and he staff only visited table 5 times and the last time had to waive them down. All this can be confirmed if the management would watch surveillance cameras. Top level left of the stage. Will we give return probably depending on the venue. But next time our food will be returned if cold and bland. Great big clean restaurant. Clean men's room do not know about the woman's. Avoid if you can! I went to see a banda play and we had a "VIP table" which wasn't really VIP bc there was another row of booths in front of ours. We got the corner table in front of the speakers, we could not switch tables bc they were reserved, when we had a reserved table as well. Anyways the food is not good, if you want real Mexican food this is not the place to go! The drinks are not good either, I ordered a tequila sunrise and it was literal watered down juice, I could not taste the tequila at all, and not to mention the drink prices are not listed on their menu. Their food and drinks are overly overpriced and its not even good!! Customer service needs improvement, our server came over like twice and did not ask if we needed anything. Our table next to us got a girl and she would come in check if her table was okay, but our server seemed like he didn't care about us. The restroom is another issue, you can smell it from the hallway. I walked in and had to hold my breath, it smelled like it had not been touched in like a week!

Their profit is primarily based on their events, tables and entrance fees. The only time I would go again would be to see a banda or grupo, but I would not order food or drinks! Other than that you will not...

I always share reviews based on my experience. I'll tell you what my experience was like last night. No holds barred. They held promoted event of a 80s band Pegasso de Pollo Estevan and the night ended up costing us $300 in cash and a charge. For 2 people it was $40 to buy 2 presale tickets in cash, $40 for a table, and a charge of $220 for 2 plates of mediocre guiso de res and 1 margarita. The $220 card charge breakdown? 2 buckets of Modelo and 2 buckets of Michelob Ultra, 2 entrees of guiso de res andas a $27 gratuity. The food ? Guiso de res was there worst I've ever been served. Rice was mushy, beans tasted burnt. Did I eat it? No. Did I send it back? No. Why not ? Idk. The 'why not' won't haunt me but it will linger.
