Delicious food but the worst service we have ever received probably ever from a small business restaurant. We looked up a restaurant to try while we were in town and to our surprise our whole visit at prespas was absolutely awful. We were not greeted by our server or given a name. She rolled her eyes every time we asked her for something which in my opinion that is your job to provide service because you are a server. She was younger and had a 444 tattoo and we don't understand why we were getting such disrespectful service. She dropped off food only and never really asked if we needed anything but once. We love supporting small restaurants but this was a complete disaster. Anyway at the end of our visit when it came to the bill she started to be a little nicer (surprise/surprise) not so much though just a little bit nicer because it was coming to the time of the tip. We asked for to go drinks; which our drinks had not been refilled except for two out of the four people had gotten a refill. our drinks were empty at the time that we asked for TO GO DRINKS and we got four to go cups but no drinks to put in theM. so we PAID, walked out with the four empty cups because what else are we supposed to do. I am very disappointed in my experience and I will not recommend this to anyone unless you are getting it to go thank you for reading have a good day! **And I've read the responses from the 1 star reviews and some weren't even acknowledged. My sister and I paid separately and honestly we want a refund this was the worst...
Read moreAs an Uber driver I often ask my customers for hole in the wall, mom and pop places that are decent in whatever area I happen to be in. My last passenger recommended Prespas.
The good news is the food is amazing. I didn't get my servers name, but she greeted me as soon as I walked in. She kept checking back on me to make sure I was doing okay but not overly so like some places.
I ordered the lasagna and the side salad. The lasagna was fresh, piping hot, and full of flavor. If I close my eyes I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Grandma's recipe and Pespas.
The complimentary bread rolls, were unexpected and fresh. I'm guessing they were brushed with garlic butter.
The salad is what you would expect from a side salad. Crispy lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and snappy cucumbers. The homemade ranch was a bonus.
My only complaint was discovering that I pay more for using a debit card than I did if I were to use cash. As a business owner, that is something that should be absorbed by the business and not passed on to your customers. Or at least clearly state that ahead of time.
If that sleight of hand does not bother you, this is a really good place for fresh food. Unfortunately I don't like paying for the...
Read moreMy recent visit to Prespa's Italian Restaurant was a culinary journey into the heart of Italian cuisine, an experience that left me thoroughly satisfied. The restaurant's warm and inviting ambiance instantly transported me to a charming Italian eatery, setting the perfect tone for a memorable meal.
To start, I indulged in the alfredo pasta, which was a true masterpiece. The creamy sauce was luxuriously rich and clung perfectly to each strand of pasta, creating a harmonious and comforting dish. Next came the meatballs, and they were a testament to culinary craftsmanship. Each meatball was tender, impeccably seasoned, and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. They paired beautifully with the pasta, adding a delightful savory element.
Lastly, the calzone was a delightful surprise. The golden-brown crust held within it a savory medley of cheeses, meats, and vegetables, creating a satisfying and flavorful treat.
Whether you're craving velvety alfredo, flavorful meatballs, or a delectable calzone, Prespa's is a must-visit for Italian cuisine enthusiasts. I'm eagerly anticipating my next visit to savor more of their...
