Starbucks — Restaurant in Arlington

I was at this location on yesterday. Only one Batista was fixing coffee. ( about 220 p.m.) There were other staff members present but they didn't notice the line...I guess. Well I proceeded to order my usual drink a tall Vanilla latte. I notice a customer came back and stated that it was not enough Carmel in her order by this time another female was assisting. She proceeded to give the lady more Carmel nothing more was said. I get my order and it did not taste like a vanilla latte (the drink I ALWAYS order)I informed the Batista he stated "I put 3 pumps in your drink" I informed him it doesn't taste like it. The other Batista comes over and said I could add more vanilla. I said OK and the male Batista decide to let me know that next time you should order extra vanilla..WHOA! No apology or anything of course I was upset but pulled it together. From my experience when they make your drink not to your liking they are supposed to apologize and make you a new drink and the next visit your drink is free. I ended up throwing the drink away (tasted horrible) wasting 4 bucks! Will not ever return to this location..customer service is not good well at least for people who may look like me. Edit: Thought I would give the store the benefit of the doubt and apparently some things don't change. Waited fifteen minutes for two drinks when the store was empty. Ended up having to come back inside because my drink was made wrong again.

And yes I emailed customer service but received zero response.

Tried this store multiple times. I've lost more money than coffee gained. Tried mobile ordering, drink was ready 15 minutes after the app stated and the off chance they did have my drink ready it wasn't made correct. There are too many Starbucks close by for me to lose more money...

I liked there strawberry açai but when I ordered their mocha loco egg strawberry apple muffin frap latte with no creamer they said it doesn’t exist.
