This was an awful experience! The girl behind the counter had no customer service and was very rude! I usually go to the Subway on Cooper and Park Row, it’s actually out of the way but I love their customer service and I don’t mind the drive! This time I was in the Bardin/Collins area and decided to stop at this subway. (BIG MISTAKE!) I asked the Subway girl if she had spinach wraps and she said yes. I asked her to toast/warm up the tortilla and she gave this weird look and said we don’t do that. I told her the Subway on Cooper/Park Row does it all the time. I told her there’s a button on the oven that has warm up other items. She huffs and tells me I doubt that but looks at the buttons on the oven and then turns around and said Well I guess, so she warmed it up. She then asked what veggies? I told her before we start the veggies I also need a sub, should I tell you now or wait until you finishe the wrap? She asked very rudely, why didn’t you tell. Wait minute... it’s her job to to ask the customer if there’s any other orders/subs. I told her I needed a foot long oven roasted chicken. She didn’t bother to look in the containers she just said we are out of that, anything else? There’s a way to be apologetic with out being so rude and maybe they were out of the oven roasted chicken or maybe she didn’t want to check. The spinach wrap was so sloppy. She obviously needs some customer service ethics/training. Another thing, if you are going to be in front of customers it’s doesn’t look professional if you have hickeys all over your neck. Today there was a sarcastic mean ole black lady and Latino man! I waited patiently 10 minutes while they kept staring and chatting under their breath! I was still smiling when she said I don’t know what she want right after I had told her I needed to show her something on my app but that I was going to wait until they were finished with other customers! They both continued to ignore me, side eyeing me giggling like kids!! I usually go to these other two subways around my house and where my other client lives! I work for myself you see and I would never treat anyone like they are beneath me or like they don’t exist! But then I was kicked out because of my service dog. One of the workers told me "sorry your bipolar and smirked" first that is very disrespectful and I'm not bipolar. They denied me from ordering and told me to leave that their boss told them to do that. Asked for his/her number was denied and she said "I'm the only one that can call them" Both laughed at me and told me to leave and one had the audacity to cuss at me and the other told me I'm going to call the cops.
