DONT EVER STAY HERE THEY WILL CALL THE COPS ON YOU IF YOU ARE A MINORITY! Worst experience ever! Was told I wouldn’t be charged due to the whole experience but they lie and charged me anyways form employees to manager to even the owner they will lie to steal money form customers and to cover up how they treated customers. Not only did I have a reservation that he wants to lie about me not having I had checked in and requested my digital key like I always do. Hes right, I had a reservation there and should have had my digital key so I wouldn’t have to deal with their incompetence of how to treat a guest coming to check in.
Im not just a Diamond member I am also a Hilton Owner! I am a Hilton Owner/ Daimomd member and I’ve never been treated like this! Maybe if I was WHITE this wouldn’t have happened.
Yet it be your own people who discriminate against you and wanna treat you like a criminal. This is how they treat owners/diamond members. Then the owner who I’m sure is actually just a manager wants to lie and follow the misinformation of his lying employee. Yes I know what I did I showed up to your door luggage in hand and I got treated like a criminal instead of a diamond member coming to check in. Worst hotel ever! Their receptionist Maria is lazy and can’t get off the phone to check guest in. She literally sat on the phone talking to her friends instead of checking me in. Then she proceeds to call the cops on me when all I was trying to do was check in. I guess the call she was on with her friends was more important. I’m a diamond member who spends thousands of dollars a month with Hilton. This is the worst and laziest service I have ever had let alone to have the cops called on me because the lazy girl MARIA behind the desk didn’t wanna do her job! Maybe she shouldn’t work at night if she is scared of guest Coming to check in. Call me crazy but isn’t your whole business model strangers coming to check in at all times of the day.
So now the owner wants to lie and slander that’s fine. You know what’s crazy the following night I showed up to a doubletree down the road at 2-3am and you know what’s crazy they lady at the desk who was a new mother with a baby at home. You know what she did? she opened the door and checked me in and gave me my key card.
But yea it’s my fault your employee wants to treat Mexicans like they are criminals and not daimomd memeber guest. Maybe yall shouldn’t discriminate against people. Because she let the white folks through the door but not me. With me she called the cops. Smh it be your own people at times who discriminate against you and that’s crazy. My first time ever been treated like this and I stayed over 100 nights with Hilton in 2024 across the state of Texas and have never been treated like this.
The owner wants to say guest have a reservation and is implying I didn’t. But what is this? It’s my reservation that I had that they deleted to cover and hide their tracks on how they treated me. If Maria would have done her job I should of had my digital key but she was to lazy to do even that. From employees to managers to obviously even ownership they don’t care about the truth! Just the lies they wanna accept to make it seem they weren’t in the wrong that’s fine may...

On May 10th at 12:11 am I had a call from my husband as his key got deactivated (blinking yellow) and wasn’t able to come in to the room As I was in the room with my kids both already asleep,it was past midnight, over the phone I gave front desk my full name and giving approval for my husband to reactivate his card. The gentleman on the other side of the line wasn’t able to hear me well, although I could hear him clearly . He started his answer by raising his voice and saying that “ first of all” he wasn’t able to hear me and that “second of all” the name my husband was providing was wrong (my name) and that I had to go to the front desk and show my id. I advised to let my husband in because I didn’t want to leave my kids alone in the room and I could just open the door for my husband . He denied and said that “at that point “ I had to go to front desk cause he wasn’t allowing my husband in. I then had to leave the room and proceed to show my id. When presented the ID I stated that I was having issues with the cards being deactivated every day since I checked in , his answer was that “it wasn’t his problem “ so I asked to speak with his Manager. He send me talk to his Manager “over there” pointing to the food area, note that during our conversation he had an earbud on at all times as he seemed to be on a personal call from what I could tell, I required him to just give us the key because I had my kids left alone in the room and he asked us to “just go”. When I asked his name he told me again “go”. I just walked away without my second room key and advices him I would raise my concern with his Manager . This situation is frustrating and disappointing . My daughter had surgery early morning and my husband worked a 12 hour shift. Our expectation was to come to the hotel to sleep and relax while my house is getting rebuilt from water damage. My home insurance is getting the approvals to extend our stay in the hotel for another week and due to this lack of customer service I am reconsidering the option and sharing my experience with the hotel...
Read moreI stayed here on a business trip. I frequent Arlington only about two times a year. When I saw that this was a Hilton I thought for certain it would have a higher standard than what I experienced. The outside of the hotel is beautiful and very well-maintained. I will give credit there. However, I feel as if the rooms need to be updated and looked a little aged and Worn. First impressions are everything and when I walked in the room, I noticed right away that the headboard was starting to peel. Is that a dealbreaker? No, however, it does show lack of maintenance and general appearance. I just had the heebie-jeebies the entire time I was there. I did not feel comfortable. The bed was so outdated and you can feel the springs coming through the mattress. The pillows were very flat and just felt as if they needed to be replaced. I do agree with the previous reviewers about the lights not working until you have to flip that red switch. I spent about a half an hour trying to figure it out before I had to call the desk. I did not have a good feeling staying here. I really wish the inside was as beautiful as the outside. I will say the front desk people were just amazing and so nice. None of this is their fault. However, this hotel desperately needs an update. I must share with you that I left the hotel after one night. Considering that I prepaid this room, I lost two nights worth of money as I had to rebook at the aloft hotel where I knew I would have an updated more modern comfortable room. I just did not feel comfortable at that hotel room. I really hope that there’s plans to make the inside of the rooms appear more updated and...
