Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Arlington

I ordered food on their website. Never received. My food had to go to the restaurant itself. And the guy who said he was. The manager argued with me and I had paid $11 for delivery. And he said that I would have to do my own calling to the corporate office. To get my refund, i had to call DoorDash and file a complaint.Because the guy either stole my food or never picked it up.Because the manager at the taco bueno said he didn't make my food. The food that they made me was horrible.The beans burned and were extremely dry.I spent $43 purchasing food and delivery and had the worst experience.I have ever had at a taco bueno. Placed An order online only to find out that they were completely out of everything I ordered. When I asked for a refund the lady was rude and said she wasn't going to give me a refund because I ordered through the site. I asked her how I could get a refund and she refused to help me. I called the store the next day and got the district manager's number. when I called the district manager she said she couldn't help me and gave me a different number. When I called the other number I had to cycle through the directory, I left a few voicemails and no one has gotten back to me. I recieved no product and they stole my money! avoid this...

I need to remember to go to any location other than this one as they clearly cannot do anything right. Got my order wrong, used awful, leaky cups to put our drinks in, got at least 1 drink wrong, and our Jalapeño Ranch was SOUR. Honestly idk how this location is still in business other than they are not only too lazy to train their employees, but also too lazy to fire the bad ones.
