Big Bros Hawaiian Grill - Artesia — Restaurant in Artesia

Edit: 7/21/25. I ordered the island beef ribs, and was absolutely disappointed. When I first came to this restaurant I saw this item ordered and it looked so delicious. I ordered this item twice before and both time the ribs were full of meat and super juicy and you couldn't even close the container because of the size of the ribs and meat on them. They would plastic wrap the container closed to prevent from opening. Well, i decided to order the ribs again since my family had gone out of town and I wanted something good to eat by myself and didnt mind spending the money because this restaurant would give a good amount of food. I ordered on the app and was on my way home from work and wanted to pick up food so I could get home and have a full belly and rest afterwards.... I got home and was greatly disappointed. There was hardly any meat on any of the bones. I spent over 20 dollars for a meal for myself of just bones, rice and macaroni. I was absolutely disappointed to the point t that im not even sure I want to come back again. The food was good when they first opened, but if the ribs are gonna be like this, does that mean that the rest of the food is gonna go downhill as well? Im hesitant because its not just a couple bucks im spending, its over 20 dollars for food for one person. I've uploaded the pics of my order and what the ribs look like. Hopefully this can be made right and hopefully no one else ends up with practically meatless ribs. I dont mind spending money on food, but it has to be worth it.

Ordered the kalbi beef bbq plate and the Hawaiian bbq plate. Both with rice and macaroni. They were both really good and good portion sizes. The prices were decent for the amount given. The cabbage underneath the meats made it seem like there was more, but it was still a good amount. We want to come back again and try the bowls. The cashier was really nice and very helpful. The music was good. We were happy with our food. Can't wait...

No combo plates. But the price is as if they were selling combos. Single item plates only, no beef and chicken and bbq ribs together. You buy each separately for around 15 dls per plate . Or go to another Hawaiian bbq place and get all 3 for around 18...

Picked up a takeout order and the food was terrific! Love the grilled pork; big portion, tender, and perfectly seasoned and grilled. The mac salad is delicious, and if anything, get a side of their gravy to pour over the rice. It is so rich...
