Firehouse Subs Ralston Plaza — Restaurant in Arvada

So this is the second time I have been told to get the chips for my order. I’m a GH driver. I’m not a firehouse sub worker. So please don’t tell me what to do. Y’all have 3 peoples stand around and can’t even get a chip. I can get a chop if y’all getting busy. But this is the second time that I being treated like this. I usually love the subs here, but the staff can be a bit difficult. I like to get the Turkey Bacon Ranch minus the ranch and with swiss instead of cheddar. Apparently that's a bit of a tall order, because they normally mess it up. Last time I went, they did remember to nix the ranch, but they also nixed the cheese. My boyfriend went back in to ask for swiss and the lady working said, "Our swiss is just a darker color." There was no cheese on the sandwich, but she tried to sell cheddar as swiss because she didn't want to fix it. My boyfriend didn't even know how to respond, so we just left. Very disappointing! I waited a little over a half an hour just to order even though there was only one person ahead of me, than when I ordered I only had a partial amount on a gift card the rest cash so they made me reorder from the other register after waiting almost 15 more minutes. I finally order and I ask for a few specific things to be added on my sandwich 3 separate times and even the receipt says these items but yet when I get home not only are the items not on it, but I'm given the incorrect sandwich that I didn't order and it was gross/soggy.
