I had originally given this location four stars. I am now changing that rating, and will no longer be giving this business my patronage. I called them yesterday, 2/2/2017, when I believed I had accidently left one of my bags there I was told they had not seen it. I came back in around 11:30 am to check again. They told me again they had not seen it. I then had a thought after looking around and seeing all the cameras, that maybe they could have seen something on them. I was told that the by the manager that he would look at the video. I called back around 3:30 pm to check the progress at that. He said that he could not see when my bag was taken. I asked him to clarify, I said, specifically, “So you CAN see my bag at the table when I leave?” and he said “yes”. I then asked him why he couldn’t see when it disappeared and he said just that he was unable to. I asked if there were gaps in the video and he said they record 24/7. This seemed weird to me as, if you could see it at one point, and not another, and you also record 24/7. You SHOULD be able to see when it disappears. He didn’t have an answer for that. So I submitted a complaint online because obviously, something doesn’t add up. I received a call from HR today. Telling me that they do not currently have working security cameras at that site and that they’ve been down for five days. I inform her that that is strange, as I was told that he saw my bag in the camera, but was unable to see what happened to it. She could not answer for that adequacy and told me they were looking into it. I then get a call from the owner, who is with the manager I had been dealing with. I’m then told that he never said that he had watched the video and that they have no video. I’m left confused and ask why I would lie about this. To which they I’m told by the owner, if an employee had stolen my item we would fire them, and that he’s fired several employees recently for just that thing. I’m not sure why he felt the need to justify himself to me in that way with not pertaining to me and that I can’t verify. All he did was the talk at and over me. I had to ask him multiple times to let me finish speaking, and he just seemed to get more agitated, and repeated himself louder and louder instead of talking to me in a calm respectful manner and listening to what I had to say. He basically was calling me a liar, and not listening, so I hung up. I work at a 350+ employee building next door, and will defiantly be letting my co-works know what happened. I hope all those I tell of this will join me in no longer doing business with this location. I plan on leaving complaints on every social media site I can. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with this location with the new Adult Minecraft Movie meal, I had ordered two of the adult meals and 3 of the Minecraft kids meals. Well let's just say that the adult Minecraft meal didn't come with the toy that it was supposed to come with. Instead it came with the ones that come with the kids meal. For one I was not happy with that just because I paid for the adult happy meal so I could get the collectible toy that's supposed to come with it. I called the store and I was told to go back and they would give the correct toy but when I got there it was the same kids meal toy that isn't supposed to come with the adult meal. Me being a collector of the McDonald's adult happy meal toys I was very frustrated and walked away to cool down because I was upset for th fact I didn't get what I paid for. I finally went back in and this time I spoke to the general manager of the location and she proceeds to tell me that I got the correct toy and I then explained that I didn't get the toy that comes sealed and looks like a chest, instead I got the toys that have the picture of the figure that's inside the box which is the kids toy.She then realized that I knew what I was talking about and she then tells me that she does have the correct ones in the back in their shipment box that was still sealed, she then says that she wasn't going to go back there to open it and that she was refusing to do it. At the end of it I still didn't get what I paid for and didn't get the collectible toy that was supposed to come with the two adult Minecraft Movie meals that I paid for. So if your going to go to this location for that toy don't do it because you won't get it. They are not wanting to give the toys out for some reason and that's odd to me especially when they are supposed to be collectable and supposed to come with the meal. So I believe that she is trying to keep the whole box for herself or she will probably try and make money on it. I could be wrong but it's just not adding up why she doesn't want to give out the correct toy that is supposed to go with the meal. There is no telling how many people bought that adult Minecraft meal and didn't get what they were supposed to get. I did by the way contact corporate and filed a complaint. The number for corporate is 1-800-244-6227 for any complaints anyone might have. Because I can agree will 99% of the bad reviews on here that this location is horrible and customer service is crap and a lot of times they mess up the orders. Ordered, and I quote, "one BOGO $1 worth dbl cheeseburger and an fries, and another bogo $1 hot and spicy mcchx and lg sweet tea" first guy misunderstands and tries to charge for 2 of each sandwich. Then the manager, Sarah, get on the mic and start cutting me off when I'm trying to clarify what I want. When I finally do clarify it, she tells me, "I understand what you want to order, but this is how you should order it instead." All due respect, if you understand what I want, wasn't the miscommunication on the part of the first person to take my order and not me? As I drive to the window she screaming through the microphone, "8.34 first window, over and over again"
I get to first window, pay, dude rude as hell as he close the window on me when I'm trying to talk to him about the order. Then I get to the second window. Different guy bagging my food, always nothing but nice and professional. I ask him to speak to Sarah cuz she was being mad rude. I asked her to listen and I explained to her if she understood the order I placed when I repeated it to her exactly the same way, then don't tell me how to order it. I always say BOGO $1 before I order each item so you don't think I'm trying to order a numbered meal. She continues to talk over me and cut me off. I leave and she literally is screaming at me, her head sticking out the second window. Extremely unprofessional.
If you understand the order, don't tell your customer how to order their food. Tell them you're sorry for the miscommunication and listen more closely to what the customer want. It's very simple. Unfortunately lost on many this day and age. Customer...
