Rudest employee I’ve ever experienced. I placed an online order. When I got there to pick up my order the lights were off and the employee wasn’t behind the counter so I took a set. As she came back holding a case of cups she asked if I “was there to pick up an order”. I replied “yes” she then uhg’d and slammed the cups on the counter saying it would be a while because she was the only one there. Clearly irritated and overwhelmed. I I said “wow” out of disbelief of her attitude. I then asked if I should cancel my order because she seemed over whelmed. She became very defensive, argumentative and then started insulting me, saying I was the rude one. She refused to serve me my second drink. She eventually served my second drink after I asked for a refund but she continued to argue and insult me the entire time despite my efforts to try to smooth over there interaction. To note…this was the 3rd time she has been rude and I was treated like a complete inconvenience. This was just the first time I made it known to be bothered by it. Read moreWe arrived to get a coffee and the "manager" working there was so rude to us. We were in line for about 5 minutes by the register and were kind of in a hurry as I needed to get to work. We didn't say anything we just waited in line, My husband looked down at his watch and she made a snarky comment about him looking at it and then I placed our order and while doing so she was snarky and rude towards me as well. I stayed cool yet stern and said yeah he did look at his watch we do have a schedule. She continued to give attitude and commentary about us having to wait as well as gave us the wrong order and when I asked about her management she said she was the manager and I was so flustered by the attitude, I didn't make her remake it we just left. I just won't go to this one again. I've worked retail a lot of my life and was always taught if I was making a customer wait to apologize for the wait and not be snarky and ridicule them for looking at the time? Read moreSo this is now the second day that I've shown up at this Starbucks around 6:30 am and yesterday was turned away by the young lady working because she said her register wasn't working and now again today I'm sitting here waiting for her to open the store and she comes walking up with an attitude and says I won't be open for at least another 20 minutes, I said it's okay I suppose I can wait and then she proceeded to tell me that the she might not even open in 20 minutes because the register might not even work...
